Most of the things in this hotel are okay.

Location and staff were very helpful
Hotel needs a quick renovation, bathroom needs attention.

The location is near to shopping and eatery places.
The description in booking.com is totally wrong. I booked deluxe suite since they stated there are 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the room. And 1 sofa bed in the living room. When we checked in there is only 1 double bed in the room and 1 normal sofa in the living room. When i met the receptionist and explain to her regarding this, she said nothing she can do. Some of our family members need to sleep on the floor because of this.

The staff, Ririn, was very supportive in getting me connecting room, for my surprise project. Greatly appreciated on that gesture and for sure i will book this hotel again. Highly recommended!
Only the mattress is a bit old, and the parking is too limited. But again if the hotel can collab with any parking provider, that will be much better. All in all, the hotel meet my purpose.

The room was spacious, good enough for a small family. Easy excess to the LRT train, the night market at Jalan Tar, and the Sogo shopping mall.
Wifi! I can only use it in the lobby, but not in the room! 😫

Shower boxes do not have doors or curtains.
Sink has a problem, some water on the floor.
Neighbors make noise at 3:00 AM.

the sink was block and water didnt flow properly.
the room was smelly with ciggarate smell.
pillow and blanket cover was not clean properly and have dirt on it.
rubber mat should be change because got mold already.
wifi very slow and sometime not connected.
i didnt take any photos beacause im having headache because of the smell.

maintenance wise was very poor. we used to stay here all the time but our last trip the condition of the hotel was very poor. it can be clearly seen that there is problem with moisture in the area.

the maintenance of the rooms are very poor. the flooring and the wall had watermarks and some are mouldy. room 806, 807 and 805. room 805 was not provided with kettle. iron at 806 was not usable. would suggest the housekeeping team to check beforethey issue room key
