Hay que subir dos tramos por escalera, no es mucho y pude hacerlo sin problemas pero no me había quedado claro al reservar. Se compensa con la calidad de la atención.

- frisch renoviertes und modernes Hostel, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit bequemer Matratze und guten Kopfkissen - in der Dusche konnte man die Temperatur einstellen - die Küche war extrem sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - das gesamte Personal war super freundlich - Einkaufscenter direkt gegenüber in dem man Einkaufen kann

- ist vielleicht für manche zu außerhalb, dies hat uns aber gar nicht gestört und es war deshalb auch ruhig :)

Very clean& beautifully decorated. Quiet && in PRIME location. Super mall is next door & restaurants downstairs. Great stay

It's not in the traditional party district of poblado (which is too much prostitution etc), however there are plenty of places to go. From here, you can easily get to Calle 70, communa 13, and a nice restaurant area

Quiet and nice place, very clean and great kitchen. I liked also the design and decorations. Great location, just on front of the Éxito where you can buy food to cook. About transportation, the nearest station metro is like 15 minutes walking, but there are some public transport, some busses from the metro (but need to have the CIVICA card or other busses that pay by cash but doesn't have connection with the metro)

Incredibly clean, friendly and efficient check in, all the facilities you could need to feel comfortable. The best hotel I have stayed in Medellín and a brilliant price for budget travellers without having to share a room in a dormitory! Also super quiet in the night, not what you expect in Laureles!

Nice kitchen/common space area, nice bathroom

3rd floor no elevator. Lights in rooms were all bright white, really bad. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and had a plastic wrap the was loud.

Excellent and safe location in Laureles!. Modern decor. All brand new. Great AC. The kitchen was a nice amenity. Supermarket Éxito across the street was perfect to get what you need and store in the fridge. Washing and dryer available to o use. Great and fast Wi Fi. Awesome shower and big bathroom with walk in closet. Got a great deal for the best room in the back of the house called " Banderas". A nice gesture from Miguel the manager, after a few inconveniences with noisy guests at night for several nights during my first stay for 5 nights. This is the room to choose to stay comfy for a long stay, and away from traffic noise. They kept my luggage when I went out of town and allowed me to store it after my check out as well. Santiago is the best be at the reception desk! So sweet and helpful until I left. Helped me with my luggage and my questions This is a young group of entrepreneurs, who opened the business a year ago. I am sure they will take note of the areas to be improved, which I addressed in my previous review, but overall a good experience.

The noise made by other disrespectful guests late at night. Despite having a great room, the insulation in the walls is poor, and you can literally hear everything. Not to be able to sleep well at night definitely ruined the experience and it is reflected in this review. 4 floors by stairs was a little exhausting when returning to the Hotel at night.

The location was great! Easy to move around by bus or metro. Near La Floresta Metro Station. Modern and clean facilities, with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer, AC, and great bathroom with a very nice shower. The Laureles area has so many restaurants and shops around, and the Éxito supermarket is across the street. Santiago and Miguel were very nice and helped me with my luggage and questions I had prior to my arrival and during my stay. They were expecting me when I arrived and gave me directions to get there from the airport. I appreciate all they did for me, but I have to be honest about some areas that need improvement.

NOISE was TERRIBLE, especially at night! The proximity of the rooms and the thin walls made it difficult for me to rest at night. This property is a big apartment in a 4th floor by stairs, and in my opinion , the space is too small to accommodate 8 rooms and still keep your privacy and stay away from the noises made by other guests. It is a hostel or dorm for young or college students, not for families or older people to seek a good night rest during vacation. My room was so tiny, with no windows, in front of the main access to the Reception, close to a busy street with lots of traffic at all hours of the day and night. Not really aligning with the name of the place suggesting birds and green spaces around you. When I booked it, several weeks prior to my trip, it indicated that the room I chose had a balcony, and coffee machine, but then ,when I contacted them, they clarified both were amenities in common areas only for all the guests to use .They corrected the description in booking.com. The worst was the noise made by other guests who did not care at all about others, and prepared meals in the common kitchen, moved chairs, and used a noisy blender at midnight like if they were in their own home. They were talking and laughing until late at night and you could hear the entire conversation. They left the kitchen so dirty as well. I mentioned it to Miguel, one of the managers, and he agreed with me that they were so rude, but I have never seen him taking action to make sure the guests follow the rules. They told me quiet hours were after 10pm but nobody reinforced this policy. Another night my neighbor was talking on the phone on speaker at 1.30am, waking me up in the middle of the night. Finally, my stay was over, and I went out of town, leaving my big luggage with them.Since I had to return to pick it up, I decided to book a room in the back of the house , upon my return, just for one night, hoping to get a good night rest before my flight back home.

Staff accomodations and guests were great .I had a great stay. It felt like home
