spacious place very good location very good appliances and furniture

the water boiler and coffee pot had rust inside. the general cleaning of the house was poor.

Villa is nice with all amenities, Heated pool and lagoon view is a plus . Location is ok

Not well maintained , Sink was clogging in day 1 and overall we felt the cleanliness was way below average ( couch in living room and swimming pool as well ) I had to text property mgmt to get a plumber and and also asked for pool cleaning

Loved the hosts responsiveness , security was more than accommodating with any needs we had . Several recommendations were made and all were phenomenal! I would definitely stay again. The facilities were excellent , the pool was exceptionally clean and the grounds people were very careful with ensuring the area is clean .

The home could have used a better overall cleaning . I would recommend ensuring the couch be deep cleaned .

Mr.Daniel and his staff does not know how to treat their guests. They were keen to have the insurance and they were creating dummy reasons to keep the insurance. One of his staff claimed that our entrance “ElGouna” was about to be disapproved 😀 maybe we were below ElGouna standards. Their disrespectful attitude has ruined my stay.
