location was good, room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. old hotel but ok

I didn’t have good internet coverage in my room, there were several networks but not working at all. I asked 3 times for support and they never solved it, there were not keen to solve the issue and I couldn’t take any of my meeting from. the room. internet was only good at the lobby floor. I had also issues with the room card, as I had to come to the reception desk to activate it every time I was going to the room.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location provided easy access.

The bed in the executive suite...oh...my...gosh, soooo super comfortable, I didn't want to leave! The property is beautiful, super historic, very well-preserved. I loved the Finnish bath/shower in the room - so relaxing and nice! The staff was so helpful and tried to accommodate anything we needed, from room service to directions, suggestions of things to do, even setting up reservations for us for a Tango Show and Dinner. They were great!!! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back the next time we come to B.A. ♡

The hotel is lovely, great location, friendly and helpful stuff. The furniture is exquisite and everything in the room was functional. Not a single problem.

The rooms are beautiful although the wifi connection is poor.

the wifi connection and the breakfast service is not comfortable, there is no menu and there is no buffet, so the waitress is trying to remember what the kitchen could offer and also makes the service slow and the food gets cold. i think it could be improved

Not staying longer

Well located in Recoleta district close to up market restaurants and shops. Very friendly and supportive staff. Hotel has nice charm and is clean. Spacious room and bathroom. We got well appreciated upgrade and extended check out. Facilities like fitness rather limited compared to other 4/5 star properties.
