Cleanliness, design, facilities, true Cretan hospitality, proximity to city centre (but quiet neighbourhood). Very discreet hosts but nothing was too much to ask for. Good communication throughout the stay. Overall an amazing experience and more than we ever expected for the price we paid. Recommended to friends and already planning next trip. Great location, clean and bright courtyard to enjoy a breakfast or an evening drink. Wonderful guest that helped made a trip in Heraklion worth it!

Very cosy and clean studio close to the Heraklion city centre. The communication with the host was effortless and she made sure we are comfortable and have anything we need.

Our stay was great. It is worth mentioning the kindness and service of the owners of the establishment. We will definitely stay here again if we return.

It was perfect: spotless, stylish, had everything I could have ever needed and was in the very center of the town. The owners let me both check in early and check out late! Communication was easy, fast and very nice.

Great location. Extremely kind and helpful host. The apartment has everything one needs. All very new and in immaculate condition. WiFi is strong and fast. Strong water pressure in the shower. All in all highly recommended!
