Location and the attention to detail. Very pleasing stay

Would appreciate some real coffee, not instant. Under beds space should be cleaned from time to time

When you cook unless you open the window and turn the fan on the smoke alarms go off

It was a lovely time of year to visit York with the Christmas markets in full swing and the city festive and welcoming. Thus beautiful apartment overlooks the river and is a short walk to a vast array of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and historical sites of interest. The apartment was warm and cosy and the Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sofas perfect for curling up with a book or a movie.

No real criticisms at all-we had a wonderful stay. Be aware that there a re a few flights of stairs if you have mobility issues. The flush on the loo is a bit stiff ( there is a knack to this but not easy if you have arthritic hands).

This location was perfect for us. The apartment was large, open, tidy and very comfortable. It was a perfect resting point for us while we were traveling.

Great location. Hosts responded very quickly to questions- extremely efficient and helpful.

The main bedroom has a floor to ceiling interior window and the blinds that are intended to provide privacy do not fully provide it. Some minor issues with the toilet flush.

Stayed the week before christmas. Location was perfect, very central, walking distance to everything. Very clean apartment. Especially liked the christmas tree :-) nice touch!
