The gift box full of fair from York made us feel so welcome after our trip from oz. Beds and linen lovely.

The couch was broken in the middle so not comfortable for relaxing like u would at home.

Parking was very useful. Appartment was clean and comfortable.

We used the kitchen all three nights of our stay. Could have done with oven gloves (these were provided on request for the second night), tongs and a small paring knife. Understand that not everybody cooks from scratch. The Netflix was assuming guest was travelling, although the listing suggested it was already set up at the appartment. Great location and quite homely. Had a lovely stay. Thank you.

We stayed in York for 2 nights using the apartment as our base. It was a duplex layout with very well appointed living accommodation above the bedrooms. Building was modern with car charging facilities. Location was excellent with just a 5 minute walk to the Minster and all other main attractions. Would certainly look to stay here again.

We got bombarded with emails about entry, deposit and cleaning charges which were not always 100% clear. I had not expected to pay for cleaning (which was £30 on top of the advertised price) and nor had I expected to have to provide a £200 deposit. This was not so much about the principle but more about being told upfront that this was going to be the case.

very modern and stylish. great condition and with good spec. well placed for bars and restaurants of Mickelgate and getting into the centre.

we all found the pillows to be quite hard so fairly uncomfortable sleep. was quite warm in the apartment but fan helped. also had windows open at night and it could be quite noisy from road/passers by outside.

Literally a perfect property. Clean, safe, well appointed, comfortable king size bed, large living area, Netflix and Apple TV. It’s all great

Great location, apartment block was nice and quiet, welcome hamper was a lovely touch, apartment had everything we needed, booking company lady was very helpful on the phone, free parking was great.

The lack of views from the apartment - fine for a weekend stay but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. Bathroom ventilation seems to be an issue being in the basement,it smelt very musty. A dishcloth would be a great addition!!!

Having parking and electric charging. That it was duplex. Really liked the touch with the hamper.

Underfloor heating wasnt working when we arrived on extremely cold day but the staff were very quick to sort it out 👍

The furnishings, shower room, excellent location was brilliant for sightseeing. The apartment was well equipped and very clean .The external building , corridors and lifts were very clean and well kept.

Heated towel rail wasn't working, mirror in the bathroom was very high couldn't see if your under 5ft 5inches , only mirror in main bedroom was in the wardrobe so when you wanted to use hairdryer the socket was to faraway, big mirror in second bedroom but again no socket near to dry hair . The whole apartment could have been a bit warmer .

location, spacious. lovely welcome pack. clean and tidy. TV and WiFi all good. apartment all lovely. Games where great and puzzles. apartment building all clean and accessible and felt safe and secure. parking spot great to.

lack of dish cloths and kitchen foil would have been handy. Not everyone cooks on holiday though so understand why not there. When you have celiac you have to be able to cook and cater for yourself. Bathroom had a musty smell but could just be the shower drainage. shower was lovely powerful and temperature, all lovely and clean. Clear instructions for using things all helpful. Another Tv in the single room Would have been handy for family together so teens can have own space. Took a while to find the hair dryer. lacked make up area for doing hair and make up. Plus sockets not near the mirror in the single room to do hair. All only minor things would definitely stay again in future. All more constructive things rather than moans. lovely place. Thank you.

There was only 3 of us but if 4 had gone then comfortable seating in the lounge would have been tight

Great location, very secure site, high end luxury modern apartment. Nice touches like little treats biscuits, gin etc provided. High end products toiletries all provided. Lovely modern decor and plenty of space for 4 adults. We all said we will return. Thank you

The high damage deposit will put people off. The apartment was freezing on our arrival and had to ring host to talk us through how to use heating as the instructions weren't clear. Pillows on master bed rock hard. Couple more hand towels for toilet hand washing would have been useful. Suggest changing check out time to 11 or 12 as 10am on a Sunday is extremely early compared to other places.

A bath rather than a shower would have suited our family more as my elderly Mam likes to relax in a bath at night.

Apartment was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Great open-plan living area, comfortable beds, immaculately clean, easy to access, guaranteed parking, safe and secure. Washing machine and dryer were an added bonus and got plenty of use as we were visiting our son at the University!

Nothing at all. We had a slight issue on our first day as we woke to no hot water but with a quick phone call the problem was rectified immediately.

The instructions and information provided was clear. The distance from City centre and railway was ideal for us. Property was superb - very clean beautifully prepared and extra touches like a welcome basket of good products. We loved it.
