The desert food was not good but everything else was very good and the pool was very small and also the beach full of big rocks

The pool is very small and not clean. Beds and pillows are horrible. Chefs are not wearing gloves Glasses are not clean

Everything was amazing specially the staff

Staff were extremely helpful and always taking the extra mile. The hotel owner was checking everything and every meal on daily basis. The beach is very near to the hotel. The sea view suite was amazing. Food was fair. Night show was very nice What I paid was definitely less than the value I got.

May be to enhance the types of food.

they have a nice view of the Red Sea, people super nice and gentle the beach is also great

you have to pay for wifi they don’t speak English pretty well and communication sometimes is a bit complicated too many cats in the garden trying to steal food 😅 not opened bars 27/7 we needed a doctor for an injection and they asked us €150 for that. we solved it for 5€ in the pharmacy in front of the hotel they eat pigeons, omg!

The hotel is right in front of the beach. In 1 minute you're swimming in the sea. The room is big and quite clean

The staff tries to overcharge tourists for anything. They promise WiFi but actually it's free just the lobby... For room WiFi, you have to pay 5€ per day!! They have a taxi service that is 5 times more expensive than Uber (use Uber!!), plus the taxi driver is dishonest and tries to ask for more money when arriving at destination

I really enjoyed my stay - the room was very nice, clean and spacious, with a balcony and a sea view. All the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the centrum which is convenient. I would've liked more choices in the restaurant but overall the food was good, especially the fish! I'd say the hotel is suited for people looking for peace and quiet because it is not as loud and noisy as other hotels in Hurghada - but that's up to anyones prefrence.

All the staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel and rooms were clean and all our requests were dealt with promptly. The breackfast had a lot of selection. Overall a great value for money if you want a decent hotel with own private beach access for family holidays. We would definitely stay in the same hotel during our next visit to Hurgadha.

Great location, accommodating and friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpfull staf at the front desk Ahmed was the best! For snorkling activities you have to be by Tiger Snorkling; he has his own desk at the hotellobby. Adam from the shops with a lot of spices, hibiscus and oils (i bought these) and gifts is very helpfull and friendly. I really advise him and his shops,he has a lot of knowledge. He also had a shop at the other side of the hotel. The Spa has great massages and there is nice evening entertainment.

The all inclusive drinks were just available till 0.00 or you had to pay also for cocktails that was something I didn’t really understood.

Ahamed at reception was very helpful.Food was very good.Bed was comfortable and room clean. Nice and quiet for sleeping

The ambiance was amzing. The staff was so patient and helpful. - Always finding a solution to whatever problem we had!

Take away breakfast for those not able to have it at the premises was not good! Just bread!

I really thought the manager and staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. The room was quiet, relaxing. The New Year's eve dinner was fabulous. We will remember our pleasant stay at Magic Beach and look forward to returning.

The spa manager did not provide western service... kept reminding me to tip well... not relaxing at all.

Dinner and breakfast was excellent

Small beach area, couldn't swim shallow water with stones with tiny fishes biting you. Have seen guest walking around 300 metres to swim. No internet in rooms only intermittently in lobby.

The location is awesome with beachfront and being close to the city center. Rooms are clean and so is the overall area. The view from the room is great !!

Free WiFi is not available in rooms. One has to pay for using WiFi in rooms (5 euros per day) while there is limited free WiFi in the reception area only. The variety and taste of food needs to be improved.
