スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしくホテルに帰るのが楽しみになりました！

Excellent facilities, helpful staff and a food at the restaurant was delicious!

Only tiny thing was description of how to find the shuttle to the hotel from Kyoto station was confusing

Poor room lighting.

Check-in: Easy and seamless check-in experience. Location: Purposely chose this hotel for its location. Walking distance to Gion and other sites (10-15mins, depending your stride and speed). You can choose the park path, river path or the street path for your walks. Good way to digest (feel less guilty) after enjoying all the food. Room: Love everything about our room, especially the separate shower, toilet and wash area. It makes it so convenient when you have a roommate. Customer Service: Everyone was helpful and attentive :) Hotel Facilities: Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to use the hotel facilities. There was too much of Kyoto to explore and the room provided was too comfortable.

Wi-fi: It was not stable, good thing we have our own wifi device but still something that can be improved upon since this is suppose to be a 4-star accommodation.

新しくてキレイです。タクシーを呼んでくださったりきめ細かくご配慮いただきました。すごく良いホテルです。

良いホテルなので、混んでます。そのときのスタッフ様のご対応は少し残念ですが、少ない人数で大変だと思います。宿泊費も安いので問題なしです。

Excellent staff, well designed, and clean. Breakfast was good and the dining room was great.

Parking not available on site, parking lots were expensive. Air conditioning was difficult to adjust.
