Wonderful property just steps away from Ft. Lauderdale beach. The house was beautiful, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group of friends. The property had plenty of amenities including a grill, fire pit, hot tub, and an outdoor living room complete with a TV. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. We loved cooking in the kitchen fully stocked with silverware, pots and pans. We also loved that the house came with everything we needed for the beach, from chairs to umbrellas. Highly recommend!

This charming hideaway stole our hearts! Its unbeatable location offers direct access to a clean and what feels like a private beach. The property has several beach chairs for your comfort.The house is situated at the end of the street, protected from through traffic by a fire gate, which also separates it from the adjacent hotel. The kids enjoyed board games in the living room and jacuzzi located at the back of the building. However, the true highlight of this wonderful rental is its patio, which features ample seating on cozy big couches, a large grill, and beautiful lighting that creates a perfect setting for relaxing evenings. Without a doubt, I look forward to returning to Surf Key in the future!

Everything was fantastic

The property was a perfect oasis- clean, stylish, well appointed and and well maintained, indoors and out. The location was unbeatable- the beach is just outside your front door- with every possible restaurant, shop etc within walking distance or a short drive away. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and tended to my (very minor) maintenance needs immediately. 10 out of 10. Great for kids, or couples. This place is amazing!

We have stayed in many places in South Florida. They usually involve elevators, long walks across crowded lounges age pool areas to get to a crowded beach. This place was by far the best experience we've had. Short walk to the beach. Really short! The area was not crowded at all. The outdoor space at the house was PERFECT for hanging outside when the weather is nice. We watched movies, sat around and talked and there was plenty of space for all 7 adults. The staff was so helpful and personable. We will 100% be returning.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and after checking in and viewing the property wish we had stayed our entire time!! The house was beautiful. Well equipped with anything you’d need for the stay and beach! We LOVED being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach for early morning sunrises and spent hours on the beach!!!! The house was beautifully decorated, beds were extremely comfortable and the courtyard area was just fun and a perfect gathering area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway area within minutes to the beach! We had a great time!!!

Very easy. Lots of communication during the process to make sure we knew everything & to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful.

Extremely clean and modern. Very well managed with good communication. House is extremely close walking distance to the beach. Outdoor grill was very clean with an extra propane tank, and the outdoor patio area was great for cooking and having an out door meal with family. House is great, one small quirk that the description does not mention is that in order to get to the 2nd and third bedrooms, you must walk *through* the mater bedroom. The master bedroom connects the living room and kitchen of the house, to the remaining two bedrooms in the back of the house. However, each of the two back bedrooms do have a separate door to the outside so for privacy concerns, the occupants of the two back bedrooms can leave the rooms to the private outdoor patio area, and get to the living room/kitchen by using the code to walk in the front door of the house. All in all, still a great place to stay and would stay again.

Great property, lots of room inside, great sleeping arrangements for grandparents, parents and kids! Super clean and nicely decorated. Keurig machines in 2 locations! Great access to the beach- feels like private access. Beach had soft sand, water clean and warm. Friendly locals graced this beach-lots of casual conversations. Close to great restaurants(walking distance). Hot tub clean and HOT. Lots of outdoor space for lounging. Property managers were very responsive for our few minor issues- addressed right away. I can't wait to stay here again!!

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Really cute house. It was updated and well maintained. The location was great, just a minute or so walk to the beach with very little through traffic so safe for the kids. Also, the patio was fantastic with plenty of seating, BBQ grill, hot tub, ping pong table, etc. Would definitely recommend this property.

My family and I went to Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The house was comfortable and clean. It is a short walk to the beach. The check in and check out process was easy. We had a great time. Thank yo so much!

Great place to stay for a family vacation. The house was stylish, clean, and spacious with great outdoor spaces as well. Half a block from the beach. Quiet yet close to everything. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a nice meal. We would definitely return!

A small group of my friends and I stayed here for a few nights. It was the perfect getaway for a few moms! The beach was closer than we expected and the house came stocked with everything we needed from chairs, towels, beach cart and more. We arrived hours before check in and the contact person was more than helpful with that process. I loved how she checked in with us via text and so quickly responded to my questions. We’ve already discussed that we 100 percent would go back to this property again. We had zero complaints!

The house was very clean, was incredibly close to beach (just a quick walk around the corner to a public beach access point) and had ample outdoor space to relax in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in this cozy home close to the beach was great! Christina was extremely responsive regarding any questions we had and the service was top-notch from the whole Latitude Key Vacations team. The floor plan is unique and they've done a great job using the outdoors spaces with a few different seating areas.
