The house is beautiful! Lot of board games , and plenty of stuff to do. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family all gathered for spring break, and had two separate families intertwined for a week. The area was spacious enough when we needed to separate kids, and needed alone space for my son who is on the Autism spectrum. We all had a wonderful week. The kids were always entertained with the pool, and the adults loved relaxing in the hot tub. We visit often, and Lindsey was a great host. Everything was so welcoming when it was time for us to check in, and the check and out was so seamless. Definitely recommend this cabin, neighborhood, and Lindsey as a host. Thanks for a wonderful spring break! We will be back. The parking area was easily accessible for my son who has mobile issues as well. Next trip we will plan around when this one is open. 10/10 from the Simpkins/Williams family.

LOVED IT! Our kids and grandkids had a blast and we made memories that will last a lifetime.

Our family loved the property and had something for all the kids 10 years to 20 years. I will say also it had the best equipped kitchen of any rental I have ever stayed in! Location is easy access to the parkway if you choose but also allows you to not have to fight a lot of the traffic that exists.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lindsay was great to work with; she provided everything we needed in advance to make our arrival, check-in and stay go smoothly. This is a wonderful rental for a large group. We were two families (3 adults, 4 kids), and we had plenty of space, and we found all the beds to be comfortable for our group. We also loved the large kitchen and dining table, which allowed us to eat most of our meals in. The indoor pool and game room were great entertainment for the kids. This was proved the perfect location from which to explore Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. Overall a great rental for a large group or family visiting the Pigeon Forge area!

We had a great time! The cabin was very clean and as described in the pictures. The kids loved the pool! The place is quite big which we really enjoyed. We would definitely come back. Thanks!

Cabin is very nice, big spacious, had enough room for our group of 5 to be in their own spot. Plenty to do from games, inside pool or just relax. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Would defiantly come back. Owner was amazing and very responsive to any questions.

Nice place! Close to everything.

PROS: 4 king beds with private baths, seating at table for 10, pool for kids. CONS: pool need drained & cleaned..water didn't look like picture at all. Floors need a good scrubbing (our socks were black!) My guests said the beds were not comfortable. This "resort" offers little to no privacy. The cabins are right next to each other. The drive to Grandview Resort is on a narrow winding road through a "holler". Overall, the stay was okay, but I would look for a different place to stay next time.

we enjoyed our brief stay. Location was good. Road to get there was a little winding but not too bad. No issues at all with the check in process. Manager had very good instructions for everything and timely email communications with updates. No major complaints. I was disappointed about a few little things, because I figure, if you pay this much for a property PLUS pay a cleaning fee, there should be no room for issues and if I’m paying the large cleaning fee why should I have to take out the trash? We found a big clump of hair in the 1/2 bath in the pool area, which was gross and made us wonder about the rest of the property and its cleanliness. Sheets on the master bed were questionable (hopefully stains but, shouldn’t have to try and figure out what’s on the sheets…if they’re stained get rid of them. Bedside tables in master weren’t wiped down because a ponytail holder with hair in it was on one of the bedside tables again, questioned if the place was cleaned. Kitchen faucet was broken. On a positive note, rest of place seemed clean and neat. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, both seemed clean and well cared for. Relatively quiet community.

Get place to stay for a trip to the mountains. Property was amazing and the ability to speak to the own and get a quick response was great. Would stay again and HIGHLY recommend.

The property felt like home. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We are already talking about the trip back next year.

Spent a few nights here with my family of 11 (4 kids, 7 adults). The space was great. Well maintained and clean. I loved that the pool area could be locked so the kids couldn't access without adults. The kitchen setup and grill were great. There were even spices in the cabinet for cooking. And we loved the community pool. We didn't want to leave.

The location is great and centralized to a lot of nearby attractions. There was plenty of space for cooking as well as nearby restaurants to accommodate any family/family gathering. The owner was very attentive and responsive for anything we needed. The check in process was easy and checkout was smooth as well. I would say the only con was that we should have booked our vacation for 4 nights rather than 3 nights was not enough to take in all of the sights we wanted to.

The cabin was just as described and the host was very timely in communication. The cabin was clean and spacious. The surrounding area was quite and a nice view from the front! Definitely appreciated the zip lining adventure using the discount that comes with booking the cabin. I got to relax in the hot tub and pool and check off zip lining from my bucket list!

The property was fantastic and so was the host. Our grandchildren loved the indoor pool and game room. this is a perfect place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

This property was exactly as described, with amenities and perks that well exceeded expectations for the price. Both families are Tennessee residents who have stayed in a lot of Smoky Mountain cabins over the years. This one is our new favorite, both adults and kids!

My family had a great time! Love the clean and nicely decorated cabin and its proximity to the activites we wanted to visit. 💯 satisfied!

The entire trip was full of smiles and laughter from adults AND kids. The pool was such a nice touch, and the kids loved it! The game room was the site of several family “duels” that created even more smiles and laughter. The close proximity to Dollywood was perfect. Loved this cabin from start to finish!

Pictures does not do it justice. Open floor plan and plenty of room for everyone. 10 min from tanger/Walmart.

started out great and ended great the host took care of everything and responded fast and did everything to make us comfortable and at home. will use again

Only issue was hole in bathtub upstairs other than that everything was perfect

Great houses!!

The cabin was great!!! Could sleep an army there. Lindsay was great with communication and follow up. We did not have a wine bottle opener......a true emergency.....and she had one delivered the next day!! The day after Easter non the less. Very clean and the pool was great for our little 2.5 year old grand daughter. Plenty of dishes and things to cook with! All in all a GREAT experience!! Book with confidence on this one!!

Our blended group of 11 had an AMAZING time at this property. It was perfect for all of our family ranging in ages from 53 to 6! The host was great in communicating. We took advantage of the ziplining discount and everyone loved it. Thank you Lindsay for allowing our family to make beautiful memories. Next time we will stay longer and I would definitely book this cabin again.

We loved staying here. Our kids enjoyed the pool and games. Beautiful home all around.

We stayed from Friday afternoon til Monday morning but we definitely needed one more night the cabin was wonderful. The younger kiddos loved the pool and the older kids the hot tub and pool table. They all enjoyed the arcade game.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and Lindsay!! House was immaculate and Lindsay was in contact with us before during and our stay just to check to see if we needed anything. Best way to make a Christmas memory for a family of 12. Definitely recommend and we hope to stay again!
