We had a great stay at Jason's apartment! The location is a great jumping off point for exploring Wrigleyville by foot or hopping on the redline to get downtown. Being able to leave the car parked off-street at the apartment all weekend while we got around by walking/CTA was a huge plus. The apartment itself was well maintained and had all amenities needed and more. Thanks Jason for hosting us!

This is a great location for Cubs games and exploring Wrigleyville. Easy 5 minute walk to Wrigley Field.The property neighbors and neighborhood were all friendly. The owner was extremely accommodating and communication was great. The free parking is a huge plus.Everything was exactly as advertised. We are already planning a return trip and will try to get this property again. Thanks for the good time had by all.

Great little spot in the heart of Wrigleyville. Walkable neighborhoods in every direction. Close to multiple trains and buses to get wherever you want to go but there is plenty within walking distance in multiple directions. Jason was great and accommodating and his place is a very cool spot to land for a few days. We spent our time in his place listening to his great records and enjoying the neighborhood sounds. No complaints.

Great experience with Jason's property, listening to vinyl, eating in the cozy kitchen, and being able to walk to all scheduled concerts and restaurants. Great venue and would rent again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fish House as it provided plenty of room, a super comfortable bed, quick access to the fun Wrigleyville neighborhood and a satisfaction-focused host, Jason. Parking required a work-around, but Jason made sure we had options, which was much appreciated. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to do it again in the future.

We came into town for a Cubs game, and that this property is located about a couple of blocks to the stadium (Cubs won both games, btw!). What a treat because on the way to the stadium, we passed by a ton of bars and restaurants. Now on the property: Get ready to be amazed by nothing but wall to wall artifacts. And the pub-styled dining room table is quite special (see the photo as advertised - it is only a slight representation of the real thing). Last but not least is the property owner: he was quite responsive, check-in instructions were clear and that he had all of amenities you will ever need for an enjoyable stay. Just add food ;)

Had a great time in Chicago! Jason’s place was an amazing location. Quick walk to Wrigley Field. Shops, grocery stores, Target and wonderful restaurants all on easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Came for baseball but there was so much more to do that we didn't have time for!! Jason is an excellent host!! The only negative was the noise from the street and train. A minor inconvenience and probably just something this country boy isn't used to.

Was in Chicago to see Lady Gaga at Wriggly Field and this was the perfect place to stay. Communication was clear and concise, which helped a lot with finding the parking options. The location is fantastic. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, Wriggly Field, food (loved Cheba Hut), shopping, and nightlife (loved Roscoe’s Tavern). The rental is really neat, eclectic, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

This location is perfect if you want to catch a game at Wrigley or explore around Wrigleyville. Walking distance to so many things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay at this location again in the future. Thank you, Jason!

We reserved this property as a weekend visit to Chicago and Wrigley Field. Great location for walking to the game and restaurants. The apartment was very nice and the host is excellent!

We had a great stay in Wrigleyville! Jason was a great host and really easy to communicate with. His apartment was amazing and was just what our family needed. My husband is a huge Cubs fan and we have always wanted to stay in Wrigleyville by the ballpark. It was a few minute walk to the Wrigley Field and an easy walk to anything you may want to eat. (There is a binder with a lot of suggestions) We even walked to the lake and jumped in one day, as it was hot. It was really hot! So, It was great to have air conditioning. Oh, and parking was another huge plus. His directions for parking are spot on down to the last detail. While it may seem confusing or overwhelming when he sends it to you.... take a deep breath... and go with it! His directions are amazingly detailed and exact. My family enjoys music and plays many instruments so his record collection and assortment of instruments gave us added fun. We can't wait to visit again and Jason will be our fist choice!

Jason is a good owner and very good communicator. The house is located nearby Wrigley Field Stadium, and we had a chance to attend a free movie night at the Wrigley Field Stadium on Wednesday night. We had a little bit of problem to find a parking space from the beginning, but Jason was able to help out via phone or messages. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with my family, Jason!

The apartment was great! Lots of character and in a great location. Right near the train, so you can quickly head downtown whenever you want. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, but far enough away that you still get some peace and quite. Plus, the parking is a lifesaver!! Jason was super easy to work with and he even left us a bottle of wine!! I can’t recommend this place enough

This amazing property has the feel of home with the ease of vacationing in the heart of activity! Glorious walks, phenomenal food, as well as centrally located for baseball and short car hops to all the tourist spots. What a lovely find!

I cannot say enough about my stay at Jason's home. The location is super close to major metro lines and there are great bars and food in every direction. For the summer months, this property has central AC which is a HUGE plus. Jason's communication was timely and his directions were easy to understand. Also, the eclectic vibe in his home made me want to hang out in the apartment more than any other spot I've stayed in.

Wrigley Field, The Vic Theatre, MANY MANY restaurants and the night scene was super fun. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. He provided parking for us during our stay so we didn't have to worry about our vehicle and if it was in a safe place. It was a great place for our 3 day stay.
