Excellent property not a bad location really homey i would definitely stay there again for a group or family its ideal

Very comfortable, felt like a home from home. Nice and clean, easy check-in and out and great location for the motorway and bus into York.

A small amount of chipped paint and cracks in need of repair.

We liked everything about the place. Easy location to walk into the city centre or to the University, as well as being right on the bus route. The house was clean and comfortable. Lovely back garden to sit and relax. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had lots of closet / storage space. Close to grocery store (Co-op).

Could you extra tea towels (there was only one) and a full size dust pan and broom. No washer / dryer, which would be helpful for longer stays.

Great location for the city. Smart modern property with lots of space. Garden seating good for fine weather. Despite what I say in the next section we loved our stay and enjoyed this property.

It would be wrong not to mention the following as other might think I glossed over the cracks! Outside door to the side of the property extremely dilapidated and not secure no access to property but an eyesore. Also a small window at the rear into the small outhouse needs to be sorted/painted or replaced. The large obscured window in the bathroom would benefit from having a roller blind for added modesty for the users. A great shame that there is only one WC. Although the property is in a built up area with a 30mph limit after dark you wouldn't know it.

No gate which left us nervous with our little girl. In the garden and being able to gain access to the front Very busy road which could hear traffic noise in front bedroom but nothing in back
