We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable and clean upstairs as well as the quiet back porch area!

We were in town for a tumbling and trampoline competition. We enjoyed the house and the kids enjoyed all the toys and the ping pong table. House was very clean and tidy and plenty of space for the 7 people we had.

This was such a pleasant, clean and comfortable place to stay. So many comforts it’s hard to state them all. The location was great to get to anywhere in the city you wanted. Nice back yard for relaxing. I would definitely book here again!!

I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again this summer when we are back in Springfield. It’s exactly as described. Bonus: ping pong table downstairs. Only recommendation would be a TV downstairs. Angela communicated with us to make sure everything was up to our liking, which it all was!

Was in town for a bowling tournament and needed a place for our team. The house was perfect. Very clean, beds were comfy, and the location was great! Thanks for a great expierence!

Angela & David have created a wonderful VRBO property there in Springfield! We were in town for a family celebration of life, but also had a couple of days to take in the Lincoln sites, such as his Presidential museum and library, home and tomb. Also toured the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Dana-Thomas home. The neighborhood is very quiet and serene and centrally located to everything you'd need for your trip. There are very nice stores nearby and all of the chain restaurants as well as a few highly recommended local haunts like Alexander's Steakhouse and Legacy Pointe Eatery next to Scheels' Sports store. You can tell the upstairs has been recently redone and they've been working on the downstairs with an added bathroom, which really came in handy. The kids would love downstairs because they'll have their own beds and access to a ping pong table! This is no doubt the best VRBO value in Springfield, so book it while you can! It fills up fast and we can see why now!

I stayed at the Archer house for nearly all of dec and jan in 22/23. It was the perfect spot for me or any small family, and a perfect choice for prolonged stays if you're in town for traveling nursing or other medical position. Super quick drive to the hospitals, but a great little neighborhood with access to all of the restaurants, shops, etc. The house is really nicely appointed, clean, functional, and quiet. Absolutely no complaints at all during my two months. Owners were very quick to reply to any questions and were so accomodating to my needs. If I'm ever headed back to town a 100% chance I stay here. thanks!

The property was clean and just as advertised. The additional 4th bedroom downstairs worked well for our group. Made use of the grill and outside table. Found Angela responsive and nice to work with. Angela is newer to VRBO so had to work through a couple issues and found security deposit higher than past rentals. This is an inviting house that we would rent again.

Our family of 6 stayed 3 days. Very close to a variety of things to do and restaurants. It was very nice to have a back yard and table to sit at. The accommodations for a large group was prefect. Only suggestion is adding a half bathroom downstairs.
