This house was perfect for our family needs! We had 6 adults and 6 children under the age of 9. Being on a very well-kept beach with various activities and sand toys was highlight for the children. The house was relatively close to the various attractions that we were interested in. And the neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We had a great stay and it was perfect for our family to all be together under one roof. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time. The deck was amazing and we all enjoyed time in the water relaxing! We will be back

Our daughter had a scheduled induction so we planned an extended stay to see her though labor and the birth of our fourth grandchild ❤️ The whole family came out and stayed at the Beach House at various times of our stay. The house is exactly as it appears online, it is very clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated -- it really is a perfect getaway. We are frequent VRBO'rs and have stayed in 15M homes on the beach of Malibu to exceptional hideaway cabins on the east coast, to luxury estates in Telluride-- this is the best place we've stayed. It's modern and updated, the beds, couches and all seating are very comfortable. Everything you need for a stay is available without having to be in constant contact with the owners, although when we did reach out with a couple of questions, they were very prompt in their response. We are already planning on our next trip in October and will be staying here. A+, Five Stars, 10/10.

We came up for state wrestling. The location was beautiful! The house was everything in the pictures and more! Highly recommend this property!

We had a family gathering of 11 stay for the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had plenty of bedrooms and space to play board games and enjoy meals together. Beautiful lake setting and some even jumped into the lake for a polar plunge. Any time I reached out to Rachael, she responded promptly.

The quality of the property is very high! From the sand on the beach, to the inside finishes. It has it all and then some. Great place to stay and located in a fun area!

This property was fabulous. We had a large group for a work retreat. Everyone had a great time and felt very comfortable in the home. It had everything we needed for a fun couple of days - we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board as well as the sand volleyball court. The home was clean and had lots of extra bedding for the pull out sofas, etc. We appreciated that the home had a full supply of kitchen utensils, plates, and a Keurig. Rachel was great to work with and always responded very promptly! Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house is absolutely beautiful! It was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We loved the themed rooms and beach vibe. Our family enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboard, large floating mat, volleyball net and fire pit. Thank you for sharing your home !!!

I am a perfectionist when it comes to decorating and a home that "feels good". This place hit all the markers! Once we got used to this "smart home", we started having fun with it. Rachel had every single amenity you could think of. The home was well planned out with alot of surprises! Bedrooms were themed and very unique with beautiful decor. Beds were cozy with great sheets and soft blankets. Anything on a wish list would be covered. We also brought a boat for lake time away from the property and Rachel was gracious in helping us learn about the fishing in the area. The beach and firepits are ideal for small children. Also notable was the fact that we had to take shelter in the storm shelter due to tornado sirens in the middle of the night. The house had lanterns, batteries, candles and all you needed! The shelter felt safe and we were so glad to have it! My daughter is already talking about going back. Worth every penny!

This place was amazing. We wanted to do something special for our daughters birthday and boy are we glad we chose here. There are little details throughout that makes the house special- if you forgot something its probably here mo worries. The themed rooms (my 13 year old and her friend loved the happy camper room.) The master suites are amazing (birthday girl chose the lower level suite.) The private beach is pristine. So many places to relax and chill by the water. Kids loved the volleyball and paddle boarding. We adored it here and will definitely be back.
