Food quality in it's French and Italien restaurants is very high but we struggled a bit to book a table. For anyone interested, it's better to call helpdesk for booking.

No way to joint tours provided by others. The taxi of hotel to airport is too expensive because there is NO shuttle bus to and from airport as the property says on its booking page. pillow is too hard!

Every thinks is amazing special thanks to miss Shima at reception she is very helpful and she mad our vacation, she had upgraded our room to Januor swimming up suite, it was very nice one.

One of my best stays ever. Everything was perfect. Starting from the check in and ending with the easy check out. The staff are super nice and cooperative. The food is delicious with lots of variety. The hotel is super clean in its rooms, beach and even bathrooms. The activities and parties are very enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will visit again for sure. Thanks to all who made this place the way it is..

Prefect choice for staying at Hurghada.

The lagoon villas are very convenient: close to the beach, the Agora snack and a la carte restaurants. These villas are very big: a living room with TV, 2 bathrooms, a large bedroom with access to the terras, a king size bed, a big TV-screen. Housekeeping was top, as well as cleaning our semi-private swimming pool right in front of our terras (20m pool for 6 rooms, but we never saw somebody else swimming during our week's stay) The provisory spa has professional masseuses, and affordable prices for packages. All staff are of extreme kindness and rapidity, so up to the Xanadu-level, as we know it from Turkey. Reservation for a la carte restaurants is needed but easy through Guest Relation at the desk or via Whatsapp (they are extremely helpful for any kind request and very quick to respond. The choice of food is big, and the quality is high. The ouside show center is immense and a bit cooler in the evening: a sweater needed, although the hotel provides warm plaids and gas-burned heaters to keep you warm. Activities were entertaining, including the Worldcup Football matches. Afterwards a DJ till midnight. For snorkeling it is idealy located: both sides orf the jetty you have nice coral and a lots of colorful fish very nearby, at some places it's possible to stand upright in the water to see the fish (watch out for sea urchins: sea shoes can help). Or you might book a boat trip for snorkeling and/or dolphin watching, take a 2h ride on a semi-submarine for 25 € pp with underwater windows. Good trip for children, short snorkeling time included. Boats start from the jetty right in front (no need for a van). Near the beach is an extremely well equipped fitness center. The beach has wooden parasols and lots of sunbeds, during our stay very empty (in contrast to TIA beach beside). There is a Fancy Land for children with heated pool and mushroom style bungalows. The Aquapark with lots of slides belongs also to the hotel. Golf carts bring you everywhere.

This All Inclusive hotel is brand new and I guess less than 20% booked, so not many people in the restaurant, on the beach or in the show center. In some areas finishing work is busy or needs to be done to improve. But this will soon be done. Plans exist to open more resto's: Japanese, grill, … The main buffet style restaurant is big, not so cosy, maybe because of the low occupancy of the hotel, and needs some more decoration, plants and curtains (on the contrary, the bars are nicely decorated and fine to relax). You can eat outside, in the wintertime on demand. The choice is vaste: all kinds of world- and Egyptian food, and a big choice of desserts, even a chocolate fountain. Quality is very good, and the waiters are very helpful.

The staff was quite helpful, we got the room upgrade and everything we asked for was done. Also the hotel is located near a nice coral reef, great location for snorkeling! Beverages, breakfasts were quite good, really liked them, especially mango fresh juices!

The food at the buffet was very average and tasted quite plain, even though it offered a great variety. Also we had some stomach issues there, so it spoiled our staying... On top of this, there was some bad smell like from sewage in the hotel facilities. It was especially strong when the garden was watered. Also, this hotel hosts mostly Russian tourists with less than 10% internationals. We had a chance to compare this hotel with another hotel in Makadi Bay, so one can find better ones for similar cost.
