Easy access to local buses. Quiet location.

Everything was fantastic and the flat itself was well decorated and kept and everything you could need was there. We had a lovely time and would stay again.

This place is basically a little granny flat type stay. The owner was very friendly and informative. Met us as we pulled into the driveway to show us how to access the place and helped us out telling us how to get to the city centre and which bus to take etc. The place was clean and tidy and spacious enough for us with two very large bags.

The WiFi was a bit hit and miss so I could only a use my laptop in the living room but not the bedroom which wasn’t a huge issue anyway.

The location was really close to the University which I had a training course for, more facilities than I actually expected for example a fridge, and it was decorated to a really high standard.

Sofa needed a little bit of a clean.

We loved everything about our stay, the effort that was put into the special request was very much appreciated and the list of items provided was endless. We packed so much the night before but arrived and realised that we couldve came empty handed and still had everything we needed provided for us.

Excellent and super modern self contained appartement couple mins walk to bus stop going straight into the centre of York or if your a walker 35 mins to centre. great little cafe just round the corner for breakfast lunch great hosts who gave us some great information we will definitely be staying here again wish we could give it more than ten out of ten.

What a hidden Gem .I arrived before time and within 10 minutes Andy arrived and spent a good 15 minutes telling me all I needed to know and even discussing England changes in the World Cup. This is a super clean ,very quiet apartment loaded with everything you need,very hot water and very good heating . . So close to the town centre . I really enjoyed my stay with super friendly hosts.. I would highly recommend you stay here , see much better than a hotel. Thank you Andy and Jayne excellent service from start to finish ..

Good location, a short bus journey into York. Property was clean, easily accessible. Host was very polite and helpful upon our arrival. Bed was super comfy. Had all amenities to cook in the property. Would highly recommend

There was nothing to dislike at all about our stay here. The gentleman who greeted us, sorry, I didn't get your name, was so friendly. He showed us everything in the property, gave recommendations of where to eat and gave tips on travelling to and from the city centre. If I can guarantee this will be available on our next visit, I will most definitely re-book.
