Nothing special nothing great. We were unable to connect to the Internet and FD was not helpful. Great location for exploring downtown and the Lincoln history.

It was fine

This is a great location for walking to all the Lincoln sites. Both the old capital and current capitol were under construction so we did not get into those. There is no dining option at the Wyndam except a Starbucks, so we had to go elsewhere for meals. There is an Italian restaurant nearby, Saputos that had delicious dinner options. The city seems sadly empty.

Great stay

Faculty was great. Bathroom door didn’t work right and the bed was very uncomfortable. Bathtub had slanted sides so once it got wet it was slippery and dangerous

Love the decor and colors! Despite we had no microwave and an itty bitty refrigerator in the room in a well known hotel franchise they should put a bigger fridge. And although the air went out the first night, we called the front desk n somebody came right away.. luckily the thermostat only needed batteries! Over all it’s a beautiful hotel, and great hospitality.

Last minute booking, staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and reasonable.

We like the car park, it made it easy to get back and forth but the room needs some love. The outlets were only on one side of the bed and the power to that outlet kept going on and off, making it hard for my husband to sleep with his cpap machine. The toilet malfunctioned and when turning on the hott water to the shower, the pipes vibrates and sometimes it bad enough that you just leave it on cold.

I left at 3:00 a.m. because the toilet kept running and I couldn't sleep. It was noisy and uncomfortable. Didn't get the rest that I needed. so it was kind of a waste of money

The elevator wait was lnf, no ice on our floor, paying for parking is ridiculous 😑

It was good

The cold water went off during my shower when I was all soaped up. All had was hot. After about 5 minutes, I decided it was what it was and just got in the water for a bit before it scalded me. I had to let my skin cool off and then go at it again until I got all of the soap off. A guy in the parking garage said that his hot went off and it was all cold. Evidently the Engineer swapped the hot and cold water to the different floors, according to the Front Desk Clerk. Other than that it was good.

There was no hot water and the sheets were dirty Had to go buy linen. Also had to reclean the washroom.

Because my organization utilizes this facility as the host hotel for our annual conference, I have had the misfortune of staying onsite multiple times over the past several years, each time hoping and praying for a better experience. Our daily meetings occur onsite, making this an ideal location to reside when in town. However, even though the hotel has again changed ownership, the only noticeable change is the quality of the interior elevators. They now accommodate eight (8) guests, rather than the previous five (5) and move significantly quicker than before. We were pleased none of the guests were stuck on them this year. The garage elevators still require attention as they did break down while I was departing yesterday. Fortunately, we were able to quickly get out as another guest was beginning to panic. Regarding the rooms, bed bugs have been an issue in this hotel causing us to come prepared with our own sheets, bed bug sprays, as well as other disinfectants. This year, I also encountered an unsanitary restroom, including a dirty shower curtain, tub, visible feces on the toilet paper holder, and other visible brown marks on the walls. Each of these items were brought to managements attention, and while they attempted to resolve the issues, because I was not in the room when housekeeping came, they were again short-sighted and left the feces on the toilet paper holder. Upon checkout, I showed the pictures to management, including my cleanup of the holder.

Stay was ok. No refrigerator no microwave. Floor wasn't vacuumed underneath bed pills found. Ice machines wasnt working

Property needs some updating, I did not have any hot water in room. Our meeting rooms air conditioner was not working properly.

Hotel is not updated rooms look dingy. Vent in bathroom was broken. Beds uncomfortable floor was dirty

The pool needed to be cleaner and far mor appealing.

The shower never got hot which was disappointing. Also, there are no refrigerators in the rooms. I knew about that in advance and figured I could get ice easily. You have to go to one of the six floors that have working ice machines.

Our stay was fine. Hotel was closely located to good restaurants/bars and activities. Nice, attentive staff. Clean rooms. Honestly not much to complain about, except the antiquated television situation in the room. Very small screen and like 30 channels that were difficult to navigate. Not really acceptable in 2024. Also the bed was weird. Not uncomfortable but we booked a king bed and what we got was strange. The base was larger than the mattress? Seemed to be a queen mattress maybe? Overall a nice stay though and if I returned to Springfield I would consider staying at the Wyndham again.

The room had an odor and when checking out I saw a roach crawling around…very bad experience for me…I did not realize before booking how much this hotel has declined

The staff were good, very friendly and helpful. The problem was the $250 CASH deposit required of people who live in Springfield and the surrounding area. That is a huge subtraction from a checking account, especially when it's unexpected, so I think that should be clear(er). Otherwise, we had a nice time. The view was excellent and it was close to everything downtown.

I am only giving our stay an average rating because when showering our tub did not drain properly. Everything else was great!

Easy check-in process, i will say the building is a little confusing and gives the Shining vibes, but honestly that is what makes it cool, it is June 27th and it was easy to walk to food destinations from the hotel, this hotel is actually in a very good location to many dining options, where a car is not really necessary. Love it here, would definitely stay again, because the hotel itself is...vintage, old school feels. And they do have a pretty awesome pool.

The hotel was ok but not what I expected. The shower backed up and the overall hotel was dated.

The hotel is located in downtown Springfield. At night, the view is beautiful . However I had to be moved to another room room due to mildew smell. The front desk clerk was extremely nice. She moved me to another room right away.

No ice or vending on any floor as usual no gym to use it’s outdated
