Grand dame 5 star facility with the service that parallels the property. There are many choices but it’s the service and quality of staff that often sets properties apart from other nice hotels. The concierge was so helpful, as well as the valet staff in hailing taxis, arranging massages, and making recommendations. The family deluxe room has a king plus two twin beds with duvets and premium bedding which made our sleeping arrangements stellar. Wonderful bath products with attention to detail, including kid slippers and the appropriate amount of towels for the family. Can’t recommend enough. Laundry Town online has same day laundry for NT 200/kg X 3 kg minimum and a NT250 delivery charge (drop off at concierge by 10A, retrieve same day at concierge by 10P). Found it online so you can book yourself and let the concierge know.

Everything was good....but I have to mention two things I really didn't appreciate.
The first one was the use of the trolley in the restaurant while we were eating. Not so hygienic. Dirty cutlery and plates piled up and at the end of the trolley, there was a plastic bag where they were throwing the rest of the food. It was simply disgusting and as I said unhygienic. I pointed this out to the staff but .....
The other thing is less important but I still want to mention it. The only drink I take is almond milk. They didn't have it and just said they were sorry. We stayed there 7 nights. Nevertheless, they didn't try to get it. (Something that was done at the Four Season Hotel when we stayed there). Mrs.Sande Assia

The staff isn't friendly, isn't helpful. We waited for whole afternoon to check-in. The Hotel Lobby staff don't even bother their customers wait for how long! This is an very bad customer service.

All the staff were nice and kind. Room dining was excellent. Just the pool close too early so we didn’t have time to access. And also the view from the bathtub wasn’t good.

very nice hotel, clean and tidy, are exceptional good, the hotel design, style and room a bit dated but it still maintained very well. great work for the maintenance team.
roof top pool are superb and breakfast salad bar design is fit for the purpose of post pandemic situation, they got a glass cover/ canopy so that people will not split on the food, every hotel should follow on this.

Nice hotel in a great location with access to shopping. Our room had a great view of Taipei 101. The breakfast options were plentiful even with western type comforts in addition to international options. We had a very late flight departure time and the hotel gave us a flexible option for late checkout which was extremely helpful.

Overall the service feels like in a Shangri-la hotel. The staff in the reception is friendly and helpful. The room is clean with good quality house keeping. However, the breakfast is very average when compared to similar hotels in Asia. The property has shown its age. The lobby is quite shabby and old. The ceiling in the lobby was dripping air conditioning water when I was waiting for my taxi.
