This hotel is a 2 star hotel at best. It is old and run down with cigarette burns off over the counters in the bathroom. There was a clock built into the headboard of the bed that looked as if it had dried blood smeared all over it. We were only there for 1 night because it was close to the airport. Had we not checked in at midnight and were completely exhausted, I would have asked for a different room. The staff was wonderful and I do not hold them accountable for the hotel desperately needing a remodel. See my photos below....

Check in was easy and fast. Staff was very good and the lobby was nice and big. Shuttle to and from Narita as well. Only issue was the shower has a little mildew and the shower head needed replacing. But otherwise an easy place to stay for a night.

It was a short stay so I could not enjoy much of the hotel services. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice views to the autumn woods. Breakfast buffet delicious and offering wide variety of foods. Every person working at the hotel was very kind and always keen to help.

Stay after a late flight in to Narita. Free shuttle available, very convenient. Hotel is modest and the room is clean. Convenient store in hotel lobby opens 24 hours, providing good snack and drinks for the night at very reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning has good selection, the service is excellent too. Recommend for late/early flight stay in Narita.

Only gripe is the swimming pool is too cold - and that’s saying something when the external temperature and humidity here in July are formidable.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close by the Narita airport before your flight back. We were travelling with two young children. Staying here made it very easy for us to spend the night and enjoy their breakfast buffet (which was delicious and fresh) in the morning before heading on the shuttle bus back to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The self serve coin laundry service within the hotel was also very convenient.

We got the surprise that the room was in really bad shape. The bedding had holes, the carpet small really bad. The beds were so small it said for 4 people but we only can fit one person per bed. The beds didn’t have mattresses, it was so hard like a doble blanket.

Room is ver spacious. Liked the swivel tv and tie wing area. Ate at the buffet restaurant Ceres.. food was a good variety and quite delicious. Child said “best clubhouse he has ever had” Room temperature good, bathroom clean and enough space. Shuttle pick up was efficient.

Most of the hotel smells like cigarettes, it is in the middle of nowhere, the food is terrible and expensive, the tv is old and only with Japanese chanels. The hotel does not allow you to order food from outside. The biggest problem for my family and myself is that they wanted to charge us to use the soccer field. If that is not included with your stay, it should be clear and say, "soccer field available for a fee. I spoke with the manager Kazuhiko Kawakami about this issue, but he was not willing to fix the problem. Also people at the front desk were rude. This is more like a motel, and definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms and the bathrooms are outdated. I only chosed this hotel for the soccer field, but couldn't use it unless I pay $30.00 US dollars per day.
