Best location, across Taipei Main Station (HSR, TRA, MRT and bus) and the hotel connected directly to the underground walkway towards Taipei Main Station via exit M6, underground mall, and connected to many other malls via underground. Easy to find foods, drinks, etc. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and dust free. Towels are clean and smelled fresh. Beddings, too. We will certainly will stay here again.

Room was ok. Convenient location directly opposite Taipei Main Yrain Station.
Downside - Breakfast was not to expectation. Food variety was limited. The sunny side up eggs were dry and hard probably because it was left under heated plate for too long.
Toaster was not rotating.

Love the central location , walking to Department Store , local eateries and many food option.
Walking distance to Museums.
It is an old school well kept establishment with door man and a full buffet on 2nd floor. I enjoy my staying there and recommend Caesar Park to anyone visiting Taipei

Not acceptable for a 5-star hotel with this price range. The room in an old conditions, bad smelling in bathroom, air-cons cannot set to a low temperature.

It has been 5 years to visit this hotel again with good memory. However, I got to realize my choice was bad soon.
I booked a superior room, but without any notice or explanation of check in clerk I got a smaller room with the wall view of the next building. I just recognized something went wrong.
I called the duty manager and asked him what the xxxx.
At the end of the day, I got upgraded, but won't forget the bad experience.
Trying to cheat on any customer is the worst.

A saff at concierge desk upset when I tried to put my bagguages and gave me wrong message with what I checked with front desk in advance.
It was solved to discuss in between but felt very bad impression.
The staff at concierge should talk within hotel to check prior to urgue with guest.

We arrived early and you can only get your room at 3PM. They have a concierge there to hold your bags which is convenient. Can also use once you check out. The room itself was a spacious room although curtains had some stains and the room was dated but if you’re only there to sleep and shower not bad. Location for sure is what makes this place so great. You have everything you need. From the hotel lobby elevators you have direct access to Taipei Main Station.

Overall, we like location of the hotel. However, we noticed dust around the air conditioning vent. Also, the fan for the vents doesn’t stop and it blows directly onto the bed, which was very uncomfortable while we slept. The staff are very friendly and provide assistance whenever they see you.

Very convenience location and nice staff. Just the setting of the hotel room was a little old fashioned. Choice of TV channels were limited. The TV quality of some channels appeared to be fuzzy and low quality.

Hotel is a fair bit walking from MTR but manageable. Room is big enough and nice while facility look new. The Gym is small and provide some equipments. Walking around the under ground mall is few minutes away with correct direction. Moving around Taipei also easy with the MTR. Taking flight back using MRT is also easy with proper sign.

Great, love it. One of the best location, underground connected to Taipei Main Station. Never worry about shopping, foods, & transportation. Room in very good condition. Only 1 small thing, front desk staff could use some smile when answering question or helping guest (me, speaking in English). I think they are too tense. Maybe language barrier problem? But overall, we love this hotel.

Caesar Park hotel is centrally located across from Taipei Main Rail station so access to any transportation is super convenient (including the Airport MRT). There are shops, food and attractions nearby so it’s great for first time visitors. The only thing is the hotel is more dated but I believe it’s reflected in the cheaper room rates. The room is clean and appears to have been renovated in the last 10-15years so it’s definitely worth checking out.

Chose to stay in Caesar Park hotel as i have stayed in this hotel 9 years ago & it's connected to the mrt, was given a so call renovated room but it's a corner room and looks small, the wall still seems dated though, back of bed is dusty.. stayed for 2 nights & decided to request change of room, replacement room is better but is more dated but nonetheless still ok as spent majority of the day out & about..
Hotel staff is polite & will greet us whenever they sees us, helped us to carry our heavy luggages down some steps as well..
Overall stay was still ok..

Staff was excellent - they all looked happy to provide service. Very attentive especially the ones at the elevator area and the main door entrance. Concierge was very helpful as well and helped us with our luggage. We didn’t meet the housekeeping staff but our room was very well-maintained and it was such a pleasure to come back to each night.
We absolutely loved our room especially the huge bathroom! Bed and pillows were so comfy it felt like home! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends.
