Falsely advertising a two twin beds room for 3 adults. Hotel asked for extra to accommodate the 3rd person upon check in. Glad that Expedia responded quickly and promised to cover the extra cost.

We had a fantastic experience at this home; and I do mean “experience”, not just a property… from the moment I booked the property until the end of our trip was great. Not one disappointment and only good surprises. Just the way it is advertised and more. I do not know where to start raving but will give a few highlights that stood out for my party of five (My spouse and I are 60, adult daughter and two grandchildren); the Hosts, the home has really a nice style, decor, three pools and three hot tubs, gas grills galore. At first I thought a view overlooking a on a fairway of the golf course.

Hotel is good and clean but already old. They are reconditioni by it. However the service is sometime weird, nobody take care of your luggage when u off from taxi. You have to drag all luggages by yourself and lineup for checkin which is weird. At first i thought it was only due to too many guesses but it happen to be everyone have to carry all big luggages in the line. The staffs are all nice but seem under manpower.

Two nights short stay for business this time. Have to go to Tai Chung and so stay in this hotel, as it is just 10 mins walk to High Speed Rail Tai Pei Station. Buffet breakfast is nice and have good variety of food to choose. General a good stay.

Excellent accommodations; good dining. Location is uninteresting and not particularly convenient. Taipei has many centers of activity and this is not one of them.

This is NOT a kids-friendly hotel. I don’t know why it is promoted as kid-friendly (maybe because it has a few kid-themed rooms). I have put in remarks that I have a two-year old, and asked for a crib. First, they only provide me with breakfast on the executive club lounge or sth, but they do not allow kids under 12 years old into the lounge, which means my kid did NOT get breakfast for the whole stay. Second, I asked the front desk to see if they can put me for breakfast at the ground floor lounge instead. They refused, and asked me and my husband to take turns to have breakfast at club lounge, and one can stay in the room to look after my child, which is ridiculous. Why should i have breakfast alone when I am on family vacation? And this does not resolve the problem, my child didn’t get breakfast no matter what, but I have already paid for it in my room rate. They should not accept my booking if that’s the case, as I already indicated i have a toddler. So we all end up not eating breakfast at the hotel at all. Third, you have to pay for a crib, which is fine, but it is a very old and basic crib which looks like a laundry trolley. The hotel is renovated but you can feel that the inside is quite worn out. The front desk is not very helpful. The hesitation in helping us call our local driver when we checked out just adds on our dissatisfaction in the hotel and service. Worst vacation experience ever

Location is next to MRT station and close to most attractions around town. Property is dated but interior is well maintained Staff is friendly and attentive. I would like to give a shout out to Troy at the concierge desk who helped me with securing a restaurant reservation.

Long line at check in. Dated property and room. Many good dining options within the hotel, but not immediately outside the hotel. Lukewarm front desk service attitude.
