We had a couple of issues with our room. The shower had very little water pressure and the remote on the
TV did not work. It was very difficult to select a channel and/or move around the guide. The remote was non-responsive.

We had to wait for almost 2 hours to get into our room. It caused us to be delayed in getting to the concert we were attending.

The registration clerk was unhelpful, hard to understand (even when I asked her to repeat things) and unfriendly. $219 + tax for a room that reeked of pot. No complimentary breakfast. Not ice on first floor. Signs for ice took me clear around the building. Machine did not work. Had to go to second floor. Hallways were dirty. I will never stay at Marriott or book through Hotels.com. RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay went well and without issue. Lighting layout was a bit off, it appears more lounge-like. Bed was comfortable, but the marshmallow pillows need to be trashed. Get some extra firm pillows and you'll please me. There was a small sitting couch that was surprisingly comfortable. Plentiful parking lot that is well lit. The hotel was located in a safe location.

We picked this place close to where we were visiting our son. Place was clean and quite. Has neat courtyard and pool. We were super disappointed that you had to pay extra for WiFi and phones didn’t want to work. Also the pillows are bed were horrible.

Overall, the property was clean and the service was excellent. However, I had one minor issue with the ice machine on our floor. I had to call the front desk a few times to have it serviced because it was constantly inoperable. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

despite it being in a good spot, it needs more after-hours options that are not "transportation" too far. maybe not an option? BonVoy might engage a supplier open to...say midnight?

Convenient to South Park mall area. Room was fine, comfortable. Water fixtures in sink & shower in need of repair (both worked, but splattered water everywhere). Common area are fine, but dated looking. Met our needs.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Vonda and Amina were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a difficult trip to get to the hotel, but those two instantly offered amenities and great smiles/words of encouragement that completely put me at ease. I had a great stay.

The property was nice but the breakfast situation is terrible. A REALLY limited menu and it’s only a bistro setting. Chai latte was just a cup of milk (not oat milk like I ordered) and coffee was so burnt. For $18 for 2 drinks, extremely disappointed. I asked for a refund for my $40 prepaid breakfast tickets and was sent on a goose chase to fix it. At the end, they would only refund me $10 out of $40. Ridiculous.
