Good stay . Very nice hotel great staff .
I was bumped on a flight out of Dalian and chose this hotel . It was an excellent choice.

We booked breakfast for two but only one was allowed to use breakfast and paid for the second one. Then we argued for a long time and they checked and realised they made a mistake. It was bad experience.

Just not flexible for swimming pool’s rules, pool close earlier at around 8:30pm, you can’t visit it when you return late to hotel, and swimming cap is mandatory required even for kids, and you will have to pay $10 dollars each swimming cap. There is no rent, you need to buy it for each swimmer. So bring your own cap when you come to stay in this hotel. As we stayed in Sofitel few days earlier, which requires swimming cap as well, but not mandatory to buy one if you don’t bring one. Suggest hotel to write down the details for swimming pool rules on Expedia as fine printing, so that people can be prepared.

Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel. Only one thing is less perfect, that is the food in the Chinese Restaurant. The Cantonese food was ugly, dry, less tasting and overcooked. Room is tidy and spacious, location of the hotel is very good. I spent only one Chinese yuan to take a bus from airport to the hotel. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the bus stop. Once you get out of the bus, you may see the hotel immediately.

It’s a typical business hotel, and you can expect all your need during a one night stay. Quite a few restaurants and small stands nearby, which will make your business trip a little more interesting.

I cant praise the staff here enough. They were very accommodating with everything going on with the Wuhan coronavirus and took extra precaution throughout the hotel. The food at the restaurants was great, I really enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again.

The best hotel I have stayed in during my business visits to Dalian. The service and facilities were as always impeccable. During my most recent visit a special mention for Ivy Wang on reception who was extremely helpful and polite during my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Dalian on a business trip.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and its always a good experience. It is close to a lot of things, always very clean, pretty comfortable beds and the staff is very nice with good English. We did room service during our stay. The menu is limited but the food is really good. The only downside is the room was a bit warm and the window wouldn't open. Otherwise no problems. Would recommend.

The Horizon club is a nice facility for quick check in and other services and to have drinks, snacks, breakfast and gathering with friends. The ATM machine in the lobby doesn’t work but there are banks conveniently located across the street. The in-hotel Shang Palace Restaurant serves fine Cantinese food.

The hotel service was very good, especially the ladies and gentlemen manning the Horizon Club Lounge. Will stay here again anytime I am in Dalian on business.

Great hotel over all, they do whatever it takes to keep the guest happy and hard working. Always made us feel welcome for the 4 nights we stayed and helped us explore Dalian china and told us the best places to visit and helped us with the language barrier by translating everything. Comfortable rooms, great buffet breakfast nice view close shops by. Were doing renovations but still had a gym facility there until their new one opened up.
