The hotel room was small but expected. Room was clean and service by hotel staff was friendly. Biggest gripe is that the internet wifi kept cutting out so casting to the tv was a constant struggle.

Only 2 things I didn't like was that the water pressure was poor in the shower and sink. And when you walk into a hotel room, you expect things like tooth brush, maybe slippers, average things like that you think aren't available until you notice the tablet where you can request them. I didn't like that.

Overall great just slightly noisy and due to bad accoustics.

The service was excellent and the property had unique decor.

We had a brilliant stay here. The room was lovely, very clean, very stylish and modern. The staff were super helpful with the check in, the system of using the screens in the reception was really quick and simple. Checking out with the online check out option was so quick and easy. The hotel generally was beautiful in all the places we saw. Reception and eating area was very cool and stylish, with nice music and lighting setting a nice tone. The floor level entry was snazzy and clean. We were really impressed and relieved with how great this place was, considering the reasonable price point.

Excellent location

The propery has been refurbed. But noisy at night. Breakfast was terrible do not reccommend. Television did not work

We had a lovely stay from check-in to check-out, Staff were courteous and professional and helpful. Our room was very comfortable for a weekend stay. Overall the room was clean (some areas a little dusty).

Brilliant location. Easy walk to Darling Harbour and also right next to the tram. Only thing that let it down was the cleaners not really doing a good job. All they seemed to do was make the beds.

Was nice for single accomodation

Poor signage when entering hotel. Once reception finally found, poor signage to hotel room. No upgrades for Expedia customers, was told that Expedia have already upgraded me. Only given one free drink. Menu was basic. No free to air TV. Housekeeping offer taken up but ‘new terms and conditions’ popped up. Overall, would avoid

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathroom spacious. I wish the shower head would've extended out further but aside from that, faultless.

The only thing we thought needed looking at by owners is that we could not watch TV. There are plenty of instructions how to use but our generation ( 70-80) are not familiar with casting etc. Switching on free to air TV is all that we lacked. The present set up is too complicated. Also to have tea or coffee would be easier in cups with handles. A box of tissues in room would be handy.

Excellent & safe place to rest for the night after visiting the many attractions Sydney has to offer. Proximity to dining and transport options was a major plus. Definitely on our radar when we come back to Sydney.

Great location and easy visit

Super easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - great stay all round! My only cons are that the room was a little on the small side, and also the conditioner bottle in the shower was unfortunately empty

Great location right next door to the Capitol Theatre and a great selection of dining options all within 5 minutes walk. The tram stop is right out the front also easy access for public transport. The rooms are not huge but nicely furnished and recently renovated. The only issue I had was that the music that gets played through the speakers in the hallway outside the room is too loud and in the mornings you can hear it from in your room. Other than that this hotel was perfect for our weekend away.

Loved the decor - wuitky & fun. The bed was comfortable & sleep was great. The parking was very close & the website told us in advance that you had to exit the carpark and enter the hotel. I.would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located and surprisingly quiet. TV set up terrible - same channels on repeat, no access to normal channels and kept cutting out.
