Location is almost perfect and easy to go everywhere. The room was just next to the elevator and very noisy and couldn’t sleep well though, thank a for the location, we did enjoy our Sydney trip. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Quick checkin and out. Good value breakfasts. Fantastic location as close to central statoon and light rail. Plenty of restaurants close by. Easy walk to Darling Harbour attractions.

Firstly, the best location, excellent staff, clean enough but air con rattled so much we thought it would fall out of the ceiling. We turned it off and just used the ceiling fan whic was very quiet and adequate. The pictures of the rooms while booking are quite missleading as rooms are smaller than they look. Also the noise at night from outside (some air intake fan/blower) was quite loud. It was a good job we were absolutly exausted and got some good sleep desipite this noise. Requires some maint like the shower door doesnt close fully, which is the reason the bathroom door has serious water damage at the the bottom. If it wasn't for the outside noise we would possibly stay here again as the price was reasonable. More like a 3 star hotel than is 4 star rating. Easy to find next to the station. Art deco building therefore small rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, rooms were quiet, good lifts.

very central location close to transport

This hotel is center of the Sydney, and easy to walk, take dining, and shopping. Rail station and trail station were very close to this hotel. The room is standard, but clean and safe.

Great location easy access to transport and restaurants.

We have stayed here many times but the last two times have not been up to standard. The location suits but the last two stays the rooms have not been clean and the bedding consisted of sheets with a very old worn brown blanket. The standard has definitely slipped. We will be looking for somewhere else to stay.

Great place to stay very close to central

Our stay were very good. The room was clean. The location is very nice.

We stay there because it’s close to Central Train Station. It’s a five minute walk. It also has a restaurant and bar which means we don’t have to leave if we don’t want to.

Situated in a good location for transport, shopping, restaurants and places to visit. The hotel was clean, very nice staff. Rooms were small but very comfortable, my only complaint would be that the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Good price, good staff, rooms are adequate for short stays.

This is my go-to destination as it is very reasonable and so handy to both main train lines and the Sydney metro. You are always greeted with a smile at reception and, unlike some Sydney hotels, I have never been greeted with "rooms aren't available until 2 o'clock" even though I might only have arrived half an hour early. The rooms are basic but clean with the usual tea/coffee, fridge, safe and, of course, private bathroom with walk-in shower. Very much recommended.

It's very convenient, lots of eateries nearby and close to Central Railway Station. I always stay here if I need an early morning flight, as I take the train to the airport.

Accessibility to transport, the accommodation is value for money including the free breakfast voucher. My suggestion is to have breakfast time from 6.30am instead of 7.30am.
