Good location for central station, blockout curtains are great for a sleepin. Rooms have all you need and a little more space than you might expect

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Sydney and the surrounding areas. Great food and drinks in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Usually, I travel with a small powerboard. I did not need it at this hotel as there were plenty of power points in sensible places, and there were usb ports near the beds for the charging of phones. The beside lights were bright enough to read by easily and could be directed so that one person could read while the other slept. Water did escape from the shower (no door on shower).

Hard to be positive, did not have bath mat replaced on 2nd day had to repair leak in shower head, tea bags not replaced and fridge froze our milk and yogurt as it had not been defrosted for some time!

This is a very convenient stay in a hotel that is a little dated, but overall well above average. The staff are excellent, and the food is enjoyable. The beds aren’t amazing, but by no means the worst I’ve ever slept in.

We stayed here for a family weekend getaway. It was fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful. The kids loved the pool, and the hotel was close to transport, restaurants and shopping. Great location and lovely hotel.

Close to everything, walking distance, staff were very nice. Very busy long waits to checkin, key didn’t work during the day so had to get reset. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Very appropriate for a family to stay. We used the indoor pool. Pool wasn’t too cold so that was good. Reception Dee was patient and nice when she first assisted me. The security was very nice too but I don’t know his name. They also have inhouse breakfast buffet that my family also enjoyed Overall, I recommend this hotel to other families if you are planning on a trip to sydney as it is central and is minutes walk away from central station. Price wise it could’ve been abit better but overall, it’s still worth visiting

I liked that the place was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and inviting and the restaurant and bars had good atmospheres ,it was a great place to stay right in the city of Sydney near transport and walking distance, wonderful!!
