Lift service was very slow and not reliable. Only one lift was operating out of 2 available. Good location and clean small room

It was a delightful stay, I'll be sure to come back here if I'm ever in Melbourne again! The only minor facility aspects I'm referencing in that 4 star component were our sink (which had too high of water pressure and splashed everywhere), the broken washer machine, and the elevator wouldn’t open the door at the 3rd floor sometimes. However, they all had workarounds, so it wasn't big deal, and I had a wonderful stay!

I liked the whole experience. The opaque sliding bathroom door was a little intimidating though. Nothing like having a grandma, a son and a grandson all in the same room. 😂. Still it was a good room with good service. I would stay again but ask for a blanket to cover the bathroom door.

if you have requirement to stay little comfort during travel then please do not choose this one. really too small bed. room. bathroom. and the bed is moving with caters and the bedding even not zipped into bag all mess up when you lay on.

Great spot near the Train station and close to Southbank and Crown. The Bathroom was Tiny and if you are a bigger person you can not get into the Shower.

Great location. Handy to southern cross station. Room is clean and restful. Our room had a lovely view over spencer st, but no traffic noise. Staff are lovely.

Really good value for money. The room has everything you need, very clean bathroom and a comfortable clean bed. Staff were friendly. Location is great, practically opposite Southern Cross Station.

When we arrived, we parked at the nominated parking facility and walked over to the hotel. When we checked in, there was a member of the public, no shoes and looking very shady. Did make us feel uneasy considering I had to leave my teenager daughter there on her own. There was no peak hole in the door to see who was on the other side, so you would have to open the door to see who was knocking. Felt that any member of the public could walk in and go up to any floor. The windows in the foyer area on level 1 were wide open and the floor smelt like someone was smoking. When we left in the morning, I had our parking validated, which cost me $25 but when I got to the facility and scanned my ticket the charge was only $13.... also as we had a 6am flight to catch, walking over to the parking facility at 4.30am, it was not something that I would do again..

Location is great. Slowest elevator in Melbourne and door key didn’t want to work

The hotel is all about location and so was a fair price. I stayed in a "matchbox" room so did not expect anything special but the layout of the room could have been so much better. A pity really, because the location was great!

Staff were wonderful very convenient place to stay for rail transport etc

The Sousancross station and tram station are nearby.

I loved that although it was small in size it was beautifully designed and appointed.

The Hotel is located only 5mins walk from The Southern cross station, it was very convenience. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.Only the power of the water from the shower was a bit weak. Except that, we were satisfied with the stay.

Room was advertised as ideal for the sole traveller and that was very accurate no comfortable chair to sit in and very little space to hang clothes. I chose this accommodation based on price saw it at $139 a night but by the time I have finished the booking the price had gone up to $165 ?!?!?!

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Location was also good. Room was fine however,the bathroom was terrible. Far too small. If you were even average size, you would find it difficult to turn around!
