Wonderful surprise. Asked for a room with a bath, got something more like a suite with a bath AND a private sauna! The staff were friendly and very helpful: I was able to book breakfast quite flexibly, extend my check-out, and spend some comfortable time in the lobby catching up with work. Some small things in the room (it's a little old), but nothing to sneeze at, and above all at an excellent price too. Highly recommended.

Good location, nice breakfast. Hotel has a curious layout that the children thought was fun to explore. The room was cold the first night, the second night we were given an extra portable heater. Drains smell bad.

Nice hotel located in nice area. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. Super kind staff. Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Stockholm. It’s located central too.

The front desk team are a delight. 🤩 The breakfast crew are stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Breakfast could do with a bit more variation, but it is quite good indeed (for someone who stayed three nights only). Maybe a few more TV channels in English (or/and even other languages) would be appreciated too.Stockholm is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. You can't go wrong in this place! 🥳

For 632 sek for one night i can't complain. The room wasn't newly refurbished but absolutely in a good condition. The hotel building is a little like a maze, since the majority of the rooms are located in a building located in the "back" of the main building, altough connected via a hallway. First you have to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then follow the signs and then take a second elevator up or down depending on what floor your room is located. As long as you are able to read signs it shouldnt be a problem. Hotel is situated fairly close to subway stations (approx 7-8 minutes to walk) and also close to the railway station (10-15 minutes walking distance) Overall a nice stay, with the classic Scandic breakfast - wich doesent leave you hungry. Good bang for the buck!

For the money you pay, I believe this is a totally okay hotel. It comes with a nice breakfast buffet. My room was in a good standard and it was clean. The location is, in my opinion, very good. It takes only minutes to walk to the main shopping street or to the central train station and metro station. If you stay more than one night, don’t forget to ask the reception you want to have the room cleaned and the bed made, as they don’t do this if you don’t ask for it. This is a new hotel policy with Scandic in order to “save the environment” …or maybe to “save more money and increase the profit”?

This hotel is great for work. The room is small but everything needed is there. Shower is a good size for European standards. Smell of Sulphur in the bathroom always, but wasn’t really a big deal to me. Breakfast was great. Location is great. Very close to the central train station and to Arlanda Express. Overall, enjoyed my stay here.

The buffet breakfast is decent which has a variety. Location is adequate and not too far from old town. Room size fine. Room dated appearance but overall fine. No fridge in our room though we wouldn’t be using it much.

Our room was not within the main building, directions given by reception were not accurate, when we got to our room, it was already occupied, we had to walk 10mins back to reception to get the room changed and then the room was basic, a bit run down, on a main road and noisy.

The staff have a fantastic approch to their customers, always with a smile. the breakfest is very good and well maintend

Good location. Rooms could do with a proper clean - a safety pin and bits of fluff were on the floor when I arrived. The hotel has a policy to take your credit card even if you have pre-paid - they mentioned this is particularly the case if you've paid via Expedia. They said it was so you can charge things to the room, but I never do that avoid uncontrolled spending. Even after complaining about this they would not let me check in without taking my credit card. Basically they don't trust you're not going to trash the room or something like that. The whole check-in was very unpleasant - if I hadn't pre-paid I'd have gone somewhere else.

Second time that we have stayed here. Breakfast is excellent. Location is great. Staff are friendly.
