It was nice and close to the office, really comfortable and I had a great view of the Yarra. Loved the huge windows that let the sun in. Absolutely gorgeous. I had a night flight home and was able to store my bags with the concierge, return to get them and then head to the airport. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to go for a walk around the city without having to lug my bags around. The staff were all really lovely, professional and helpful. My bed was super comfortable and I loved the layout of the room. Everything was in the best place. Also, the aircon was really easy to program. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky, but this was really easy to deal with (even half asleep).

Room had red stains over carpet, had to get a room swap. Requesting this was challenging but eventually occured. Swapped room had A/C issues and maintenance had to get to rectify.
Cleaners didnt replenish toilet paper or tissues often. Had to request from house keeping team. Found housekeeping team a bit delayed with getting to attending to our room during our stay.
Found alot of errors on billing with Valet charges. Most times with Valet, had to collect my own car from the ramp and park it at times.
Most staff were generally pleasant to deal with during the stay. The staff member who stood out the most was Juneric. He was very supportive during the room change, assisting with Valet. His attention to detail, work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond is highly commendable.

Excellent rooms and located close to Southbank. After hours room service menu underwhelming. Pity anyone arriving late and underfed. Would be forced to brave a King St kebab...

Lovely friendly young lady at Checkin. So sorry ive forgotten her name as it would have been nice to single her out to management. Love the fact that the rooms had a comfortable couch for two to sit on.

Good hotel. Excellent staff and great service. Be convenient location. The lobby is very spacious with many cozy corners. Good dining. Second time using this hotel, and love it. The only downside, is the construction sites around, however this is temporary. Other than that, highly recommended.

We were put into a disability room and not told. The entry and exiting of the room is not clear and took us a few minutes and everything in the room was obviously set lower for someone in a wheel chair. It wasn’t to bad but it certainly would have been nice to have at least been told how to enter and exit

The staff at this hotel, were without exception, outstanding. Warm and welcoming, efficient and organized, from reception and concierge to restaurant and bar staff and housekeeping. Obviously very well trained with a desire to uphold high standards of customer service.

a little difficult to get to at the moment due to construction in the area. Confussion with concierge pertaining to free parking in our booking...
Once we got passed these 2 minor blips our stay was fantastic.
Room and view was great, bed and pillows very comfortable.
Walk down front stairs turn left straight to free tram stop. Casino, convention centre, restaurants and DFO just across the bridge.
Buffet breakfast was busy but had something for everyones tastes or needs. All the staff throughout the motel were lovely.
