The set up of the bathroom was so annoying the door was too big and opening it was a problem. This should have sliding door. The room was not as updated as other Hampton inn’s I have stayed in. And It’s ridiculous to be charged for parking if we are a guest there I mean where else would we park also there was not enough parking I had to park far and walk far with my handicapped daughter. The room has gap in door was pretty big and I could hear everyone outside of the room. The cold air was blowing in alot due to gap In door to hallway. I travel once a month here to Palmdale and I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a great location near everything like stores and food places but that’s the only good thing about staying here for me. Also I asked for downstairs near lobby so we didn’t have to walk far. We walked far from our car and to the end of the building to our room.

Bathroom door did not lock, but not a significant problem

We were put on the second floor which is under what they called remodeling and were the only guests on the floor. There were several people putting up wallpaper in the hallway that we had to navigate around just to go in and out of our room. Also, the reservation was made for 3 people, yet they only provided towels for 2. Very disappointing stay especially for the money.

We were the victim of grand theft by hotel staff. Room service, we will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Charged extra fee for parking -parking was not even secure. I will never stay here again.

Nice hotel

The room was not clean, no room service, had to continue to go to the front desk for clean towels. The pool had 3 banquet chairs that were wet to sit on. Wet towels all over the pool area and not cleaned up. Awful hotel.

The property was a beautiful and awesome. The room 214 was making a lot of noises from 11pm until 3am.
