It says it’s a 4 star hotel but it pretty much only offers the bed and a very poor breakfast. They don’t have any other amenity, basically they seem to be like a 2 star hotel, or less.

Great location very central Breakfast was good not great

The reception was good and we were provided a very early checkin. However, the room was not what you'd expect from a 4 stars hotel: we had to beg for a hair dryer, there was a space for a minibar but there was no mini-fridge. The linen was smaller than the bed

Staff generally friendly. Did not get enough towels some days. I ordered scrambled eggs one day which were very expensive add on to the complementary breakfast. No fitness Center us a big issue for me.

Very friendly and supportive staff, always helpful! Perfect location in downtown. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff were super nice and accommodating, the hotel is in a very centric area so you can get around easily. Definitely a place we would come back.

This was in a great location for visiting the sites in Buenos Aires. The price was extremely good and the bedroom space, bed and shower/toilet were all excellent. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Worst service experienced in a month of travel in Argentina. Have breakfast at check-in day instead of check out day? Not possible. Why? Because... not possible. Check in before 15.00? Not possible. Why? Because... not possible. Like all rooms would be cleaned at 15. 00...but not at at 14.30 while their team start service cleaning at 9.00....WORST....no blind curtains in rooms... The daylight gets in at 6.00 am...

Location is good. On the other hand, hot water isn't available 24/7. Also, they did not match my reservation pricing wise. I got charged more than Expedia promised me.

It was well located, well maintained....an amazing value!

The staff tried his best to help you (ie help you to book a taxi to airport 4am on a holiday ( where taxis are extremely hard to find one on that night and the staff was able to !). However, I wouldn’t say it’s a 4-stars hotel since no hair dryer and kettle available in the room nor at front desk. Have to pay an extra for amenities.

As previously advised, we did not stay here. The hotel was overbooked because of the G20 and they moved us to another hotel and paid the bill.

Fine for one night. Didn't expect more for the low price.

We enjoyed our stay here, but would make a couple of recommendations; rooms need more lighting; one lamp for a good size room is insufficient and could not be moved. An English language TV channel.Breakfast was fine and staff did a good job replenishing the food as required.

Room Was Clean but common areas (hallways) had stains in carpets and desks and nite stands had scratches.Hotel does NOT have ice machines on any floor (it has 6 floors) and did NOT seem concerned whether I had ice or not. The first nite they gave me about 7 cubes in a makeshift plastic bag. The second nite they wouldnt give me any claiming the ice machine was broken. That was surprising since a group was holding a conference at the hotel. You have to go to the bar to get ice and a bartender (male) was rude and not helpful at all. Being a black man it could have been due to that fact. My overall impression of Buenos Aires is that its a society that dislikes Black people. I must add, however, that Diana and another female at the front desk were exemplary in terms of the treatment I received from them. The night male clerk seemed to go along with any bad service I received from the bar staff. If they said there was no ice that was end of story. BAD customer service !!!

This (older?) hotel is in a good location near tourist sites/restaurants/shopping/public transportation. Care of the property is somewhat neglected. Our room had no toilet paper and 2 out of 3 light bulbs in the living area did not work. Staff were quick to fix. Also note that any room below level 2 is probably not recommended, as subway apparently runs directly under the street in front of building. We were on level 1 and listened to the rumblings much of the night.

I just stayed for a day but it was a nice experience. Staff was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Internet worked fine as well as the a/c

The bed was pretty comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size.Breakfast is included which is nice, although the breakfast was in my opinion too heavily skewed towards bread. Not much in the way of fruit.WiFi was absolutely horrible. I could connect only infrequently, and when I could it was very slow. Definitely not great when traveling for business.The gym is not very good (1 treadmill, 2 stationary bikes, and a few free weights).Location is very convenient in the middle of the the center of the city and within walking distance of many good restaurants.As a hotel option for a business trip it isnt that great. If you are visiting the city and planning on being out of the room most of the time it is fine.
