Everything was perfect. The hotel is located on a very convenient spot near to Studentski Grad and the airport. The staff was extra nice by letting us keep our luggage at the front desk after we checked out. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel tried to overcharge me for Minibar consumptions that never existed. A lot of better and more pleasant options in Sofia, I would not recommend at all to stay there

1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in advance.No explanation only "sorry.Madam..' 2. I booked the room for three nights.2 individual orders.But I have to give the card to reception to extend the valid in the 12 o'clock of the 2nd day. 3. Lift is too small, two person with 2 luggages is crowded. 4.Restaurant refuse to provide spoons if You didn't order anything. 5.You have to wait for almost one hour to let hotel staff turn on the switch of gym at 9am!! 6.There is a fuel charging station in the opposite side of the hotel. Horrible and uncomfortable experience.Not recommend anymore!!

They really need to fix their air condition. So hot, cant fall asleep at night.... literally so hot!!!

Nice hotel; we had a great suite, 2 bathrooms, with nice furniture and equipment. the property is a bit far from the center, but was great for us as we drove to Sofia.

The hotel is very good and clean. The positive thing are the clean rooms, reception and the gym and the breakfast. but i think that the hotel situeted not exacly in the central but the G.M DMITRON 10 min from the hotel. i think that the prices in the bar and the hotel very expensive for tourists. The texis in sofia very cheaps so i think that to order from the reception is very clever thing. good hotel.

Spent 1 night. Good hotel cleaned with professional staff. It is a 10 minute walk from the metro, the center is easily reached.The hotel has a beauty center, I asked for a massage but any masseur was there. If you are not interested in staying in the city center, it is a good choice.

When I arrived in Sofia, the weather is extremely hot (heat wave) and the air condition in the room seems not working properly. It said on the manual that client can adjust the aircon which I did but somehow it produce more heat than cold :(

The hotel has a great location- it is right in the middle of restaurants and malls. Breakfast is exactly what you need and more. Beds are comfortable and the decor of the room is very good. Definitely I will stay in this hotel for future.
