I liked everything about the hotel. The only concern I had was the humidity in my room. Despite AC being on the whole day the bed and clothes were a bit sticky/humid. But this was not a big problem, just a possible improvement. Overall a great experience and very nice dining and shopping just nearby without having to walk outside.

Lucky and got upgrade to great suite. Very close to large shopping mall. Only negative was we were promised a plug to charge our phones which never arrived.

During a recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Festival, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, particularly given an unforeseen weather-related situation. Despite the stress brought on by severe weather conditions, the hotel staff showcased remarkable professionalism and attentiveness that went beyond my expectations. From the moment the storm began, the Crowne Plaza team sprang into action to ensure all guests felt safe and comfortable. Their proactive measures and efficient handling of the situation minimized disruptions and maintained a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, promptly responding to any concerns and providing regular updates about the weather and services available. Their friendly and composed demeanor made a significant difference in managing the stress of the situation. Moreover, the hotel's preparedness for such events was evident, which included well-maintained facilities that could withstand the harsh conditions without compromising comfort. The team's effort to maintain high service standards during the crisis was commendable. I am truly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the Crowne Plaza Festival staff. Their exceptional service during a challenging time has not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my stay memorable for all the right reasons.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast is highly recommended, mostly very quiet — but if you have a noisy neighbor they can be heard through the connecting door only. The taxi ride is short from the airport though a shuttle is available from T1. The adjacent mall is a short walk away inside and even offers a dental office with excellent service.

The waterfront view was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and staff members throughout the hotel and the adjacent hotel were pleasant and helpful. Walking inside to the mall was a short stroll. In its category, this is a fine hotel for families and excellent to take a few days en route to another destination as its location near the airport is handy. Be aware the shuttle works only for T1. And note too that the “free 10k surrounding area shuttle” no longer operates though taxis arrive soon after a request, which the hotel staff facilitates. Would recommend updating the website about that. However, would recommend soundproofing of some kind around the connecting doors as screaming could be heard from an adjacent room. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. A happy time.

cleanliness, friendly staff and very helpful in booking for taxi. The breakfast buffet has a variety foods.... Chef Terry is very polite to greet us and spent a few minutes to his fellow countryman. We are greatful for the service in helping our luggage safe and for the exact weight allowed in the flight. over all an excellent hotel and we will recommend our friends and family. l

This was our 3rd stay at yr hotel/ we especially enjoy the incredible view to the creek - overlooking a big part of the city / the cleanliness and friendliness of yr stay is excellent/ we especially are fascinated of the drinking water in bottles in the rooms from the forum NORDAQ / so eco friendly !!!/ the breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptional !! / one point to criticize is only the poor water pressure of the shower ..// however we are 100 p/c coming back -/

This hotel reflected all other reviews and exceeded my expectations. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay with exceptional cleanliness in the rooms and entire property. Compliments to the chefs and all staff for the kind and respectful hospitality. Special shout out to Dipinder who’s housekeeping skills were top notch and went out of his way to greet us in the halls daily and asked if we needed anything more. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I had no idea there was a mall connected to the property until I got there which served us many purposes and of course convenience.

An excellent base for enjoying Dubai. I travelled for business and I found it extremely easy to arrange meetings with my contacts, travel around and find time to relax and enjoy the city. Simply great.

We were moved from the Crown Plaza Festival to the Intercontinental Hotel Festival Dubai City because our room was not ready to move in. Booking was made 3 months prior. We were very upset. But, when we saw our room there, we were very happy! Very beautiful place to stay, very clean, very nice and kind staff. So delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel Festival Dubai City and would love to stay again!

I went to Dubai to celebrate a milestone birthday. When I tell you, from the moment, I walked in the staff was helpful and generous. I was upset up on arrival because of the private taxi company at the airport told me that Crowne Plaza didn’t have a shuttle service & price gauged us for a grip for a 5 minute ride. Please call them & verify first before giving into the pressure. The front desk staff could see I was visibly upset, & offered an upgrade. It didn’t put my money back in my pocket, but it was a sweet spot to land. The staff was extremely accommodating to all of our needs, big and small
