Wonderful staff, excellent location. Quiet rooms and beautifully furnished

Large and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Top class service, from the front desk to the restaurant. Very quiet (private) street, yet at a 5 minutes walk from everything.

Quite clean and really friendly staff. It’s on a hill where traffic is blocked off so a rare instance where you can’t hear street noises in Istanbul.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great room and amenities. We stayed in a suite which was beautifully decorated. The view from the restaurant where breakfast is served is amazing. I love the location with extremely easy access to the ferries, tram and subway. Very cute and hip neighborhoods are nearby within walking distance (Cukurcuma, Karaköy, Galata etc). Many thanks to Sinan Bey at the reception and to the two main servers at the breakfast restaurant.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. We arrived at the airport early on the first day and arrived at the hotel very early in the morning before check-in time and they were considerate for us to take a shower in an empty room and we were also served breakfast. During our stay at the hotel, the service of the staff was very friendly. The size of the room was large enough and the cleaning condition was good. The restaurant had a great view and the breakfast was very delicious. The dinner was really satisfying to taste the amazing Michelin-grade food. Everything was a satisfying schedule. If I go to Istanbul again, I would like to stay at Tomtom Suites again.

We had a great stay ( 5 nights), everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a very quiet street, which is rare in Istanbul. Breakfast was outstanding, the service impeccable (a big thank you to the two gentlemen that looked after us)and the views are amazing. We travel to Turkey 3 or 4 times a year for business and we always look forward to spending the last 2 or 3 days of the trip in Istanbul. We have tried numerous hotels in different areas of the city but the Tom Tom Suites is by far our favorite location and hotel. Its close enough to the tourist spots that we can easily walk or take the tram if we want to do something touristy. If we want to avoid the tourist crowded areas, it is also perfect. The hotel staff is top notch from check in to check out. The Michelin star restaurant, Nicole located on the top floor is not to be missed. The breakfast is served in the same restaurant by the same staff and cooks and is hard to beat. The rooms are super spacious and super clean. I really cant say enough good stuff about this hotel. I will be going back as often as i can.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I stay often at big hotel chains with bells and whistles but they do not too this. The staff was amazing. The breakfast the best. I highly recommend staying here if you go to Istanbul. Loved the areas too. Truly a gem!

Great property, great location (very close to Karakoy and Eminonu) and absolutely wonderful service from everyone at the hotel - starting from the front desk to the staff at the restaurant. Looking forward to coming back at some point.

Difficult to access by car but very nice hotel with excellent service and property conditions

Tomtom suites is a fantastic hotel right next to the high street of Istanbul, İstiklal Cd. I’ve seen some negative reviews of difficulty getting to the hotel which requires some steep uphill/downhill walking, but this criticism is unfair as the entire city of Istanbul is full of hills and you’ll get a great leg workout regardless of where you stay. Speaking of the room itself, we’re fortunate enough to get upgraded three times thanks to booking though Expedia (we had VIP access through the site), the room is very spacious, clean, and comes with high quality toiletries (Molton Brown) as well. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor, which doubles as their one Michelin starred restaurant Nicole in the evening. The breakfast is exquisite and offers high quality pastries and cheeses. They’ll also make eggs to your liking, I had the omelette and honestly it was one of the best I’ve had in my entire middle eastern trip. They also give you a delicious salad and an assortment of homemade jams (loved the tomato paste!). Would definitely pick this hotel if we visit Istanbul again.

Property was very clean and all staff were very courteous. Location was conveniently near Istiklal street. Breakfast service was phenomenal- quality and presentation of food were exceptional and the view was amazing overlooking the sea. Will definitely recommend the hotel for anyone who is interested in Istanbul.
