Very convenient location and next to the Yokohama stadium.

Clean but very tiny. A 6-foot person would not enjoy using the bathroom. No space for suitcases.

Room, bed, desk etc all okay but... ... The bath is a crime. Sure, this is a budget room so I don't expext a large bathtub or anything. But the toilet is unusable for a person of average proportions! The wall in front of the toilet is so close to the seat that you literally can't sit on the toilet without danger of things going "south". The Shinkansentoilet has more space than this. I have been in many business hotels in Japan and I never seen anything like this. This is unacceptable. On another note, there is an survey sheet laying on the desk asking about complaints against the staff on a personal level. You are even asked to describe the staff as detailed as possible if you don't know their name. So I guess you are supposed to take out your frustration on the low paid service staff? The hotel management must be horrible to work for and I won't support this with another visit. Fix your toilets and treat your staff properly.

Overall great experience. Only down side I would say is the view... I got a view of wall of another building. Clean room and quiet comfortable compared to the other places that I have been.

Rooms were small and air conditioner somewhat noisy but overall a very positive experience. Family restaurant in the building and convenient store across the street.

It was a very very tiny room, the bathroom was even tinier and we kept bumping into the wall. We also found a potato chip on the floor under one of the beds. Other than that, it was just a regular business hotel.

Location was great as it’s 2 minutes from the jr train station. Rooms are really small as well as bathroom are very tight. We ended getting additional rooms as 3 people in a room is a real tight squeeze with no room to store luggage and walk around the room. Bed pillows are uncomfortable too, I had to buy a new pillow to use in the room for a more comfortable sleep

Peaceful,near train station but one day the no in service we manage to travel by bus.Local people helpful show us how go to our destination

If you wish to experience the most extreme room size ever come and stay here. Breakfast is fine and location is near Kannai station.

The only downfall was it had a tremendously small bathroom.

It’s in a good location close to shops and train staion but the bathroom was very small..

A perfectly nice clean hotel with pleasant staff. Only issue is the bathroom size, It was the first time I have encountered a situation were you open the door and mount the toilet like a horse or motorbike.

Everything was fine.

2nd time in that hotel. There is a draining problem in the bath. I had the same problem the first time in an other room. Staff is nice and location is also good, but having two times the same problem in two different rooms is not a good thing.

I had a generally pleasant stay. The cleaning service was a little strange though, because they would never replace our drinking cups/mugs although everything else were replaced (ie: towels and robes). It just was a small thing that was a little bit annoying.

It was a bit small, but it was sufficient for a solo traveler. The location is in a very good, convenient part of Yokohama.
