Original room had a problem dropping water from air conditioner on the top. The staff changed an other room. Shower head had a problem.

Have found my forever hotel after so many years of hotel hopping. My to go hotel for all my TW trips now for business and leisure ! :)

Staff wavers nice and helpful when we had questions about traveling in the area. Safe location and easy to walk around. Lots of shopping and good restaurants nearby. Hotel was also accommodating and clean throughout our stay. I will be back!

Good location, next to the MRT station. Staffs are really friendly. Due to on the Main Street, could be a bit noisy sometimes.

The staff were really nice, friendly and willing to help. (will definitely come back for this reason) Room was OK size for being in the city. The room I stayed was clean and well maintained. Perfect location as minute or two walk from the train station, many shops that's just next door.

Overall a very nice place to stay, and a convenient location. The room was clean with a nice bed. The only small issues were the light switches were difficult to use, if you turn off the master light switch, all the power outlets turn off too. Also the wifi was very weak in the room, but there is a cord for the internet.

The hotel is in a prime location making travelling around taipei a breeze. The jacuzzi in room was a game changer as well.

The property is centrally located and convenient to the MRT. However, the value for the money is not there. There are a LOT of hotels within 2 MRT stops of the Main Station with larger rooms and better breakfast in the same price range. The breakfast, in particular, is way below par. We stayed 4 nights and walking through the meager breakfast buffet, I never saw anything I really wanted to eat. The hotel really needs to up their game here given the competition. If staying here, consider not paying for the breakfast buffet.

Our stay was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Staff was helpful and room was spotless. The hotel was a 30 second walk from the subway station (Zhongshan station) which made things super convenient. Rooms felt soundproof and area was safe and quiet. Would recommend anyone to stay.

Nice neighborhood and very convenient to stay as it’s closed to shopping, popular eating places and the MRT. Smart in-room features such as the integrated panel of all kinds of switches especially the e-curtain.

Boutique hotel in a good location with access to Zhongshan Metro Line (two lines service this location), shopping malls and many dining options. Staying here makes you feel that you are close to the heartbeat of a vibrant, pulsating city, so much so that u wanna go out to join the crowd!

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good location in Taipei. The rooms look way better in real than they already do on the photos. I had a very cosy room and a very nice bathroom. The location is very practical and you have a metro station in 20 meter distance and easy access to taxis. The hotel is located at a big shopping street that kind of reminds of Tokyo a little bit and has a nice park site in walking distance. You can also reach many locations like some of the famous night markets by feet. Never the less it was a very quiet hotel and I would definitively go there again! One thing... If you go to Shifen Old Street and the Waterfall, make sure that you go early. The Waterfall platform closes at 16:30 and you will not be able to see it afterwards.

Good location, and easy to access everything you need in Taipei when the MRT station is 1 minute's walk away, as well as all the shops. The soundproofing is relatively good from my experience, even when we are living in a room facing the busy street, you rarely hear the noise. I would recommend the hotel to put a plastic mat underneath the desk/chair area as the chair is really hard to move on the carpet and it's blocking the access to the closet so we had to move it frequently.

Room is on the smaller side (which is fine), but then the furniture seems too big and the layout is not optimal - making it feels even smaller / cramped. Other than that, all good.
