Just not what I expected

Staffs are so friendly & helpful.
Hotel is just beside Eslite Bookstore 24 hrs opening. Really great for book-lovers especially we meet the 2 days lockdown by the typhoon in whole Taiwan.
Room is so comfy.
Will be back for my next stay in Taipei.

On the check out day of the morning 9:30am, there are 3 fire alarm testing messages announced very loud inside my room. I was terrified and almost ran out of my room. I wonder this fire alarm tests can be arranged in some other time in the afternoon or inform me before. It’s reallly an unpleasant moment. Other things are good n service is good.

I would not hesitate to stay there again.toom was spacious and with modern amenities like hand controlled curtains and shades.
Evrything is clean and they stock coffee, drinks, tea with a welcome fresh fruits.
Shopping and restaurant with food court around their corner a few meters away. Nice park and fish pond area.

Have stayed here many times before. Service quality and facility quality are quite consistent. Only complaint i have is the in door air con is too strong and you cant really adjust it. At 24 degree the heat is on. Also they should not have swapped l'occitane out

The Eslite Hotel is my favorite hotel in the world--literally. Nowhere else can you wake up in the middle of a large city to the sound of birds. And the breakfast is fantastic, in a city known for food. The larger Eslite creativity complex is also fantastic, worth spending time in itself.

We have always stayed at Eslite hotel since its opening. The hotel is well managed, clean, functional yet stylish. Staff is always helpful, professional and efficient. WiFi is strong. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but with the convenience of being right next door to a shopping mall with eateries, shops, cinema and a 24-hour Eslite bookstore. All in all, we always feel very welcomed and will keep coming back to this hotel.

There's a part of me that doesn't want to share this excellent property and keep it to myself. Why come to Taipei and stay at Hyatt, W, or Sheraton when you can experience an even better hotel surrounded by arts and crafts, Taiwan's modern amenities blended with the traditional and new.

The service is excellent. Got upgraded to a bigger room with balcony. Front desk and housekeeping very polite and apologetic of the hiccups I encountered.
However the design and hardware of the hotel is not geared towards business travellers. There's no power plug on writing desk nor there are any on bedside tables which makes it inconvenient for use of lap top computer and mobile phone charging. There's a weird power supply on a cupboard which is out of no where.
Also, the Internet WiFi is intermittent and I had to ask the service person to reset the router twice on two separate days and yet, the problem still persist.
Location-wise is also very convenient and central with easy access to taxis.

We had the most wonderful time at Eslite in early June. I had already had high expectations for this hotel but it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were the friendliest and eager to help us out, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The female manager whose name I should’ve asked was particularly attentive and genuine to help us out. The Songshan Creative and Cultural Park being steps away from the hotel also added to the overall charm. Definitely going back when we visit Taipei again in the future! :)

Room facilities are excellent, modern and well equipped. However, it would be better if there's a swimming pool. As for the restaurant, seems the variety is not that much especially hot beverages. It would be much better if fried noodles or fried rice could be served, or maybe sausage, ham...etc.

I have customed Eslite Hotel since its opening. I have always found it cozy, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and most helpful. The only aspect they may need to improve is the breakfast. When I first came here, the breakfast offered a lot of options, including Egg Benedict. But now it’s only fried eggs and bacon.

Excellent! Good breakfast, unfortunately we already had dinner appointments and couldn't try your dinner. Hotel is located in between 2 subway stations. Took about 15 min to walk to either station. Next to 24 hr bookstore is also a great plus.
