I loved this hotel. It’s very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Medellin. I was there for business so it was a good place to sleep and the breakfast was wonderful. I would stay again.

The library decor is very unique. The entire property is very clean. It is in a wonderful, walkable safe neighborhood. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious. We just checked out yesterday and already miss it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled from the US and do not speak a lot of Spanish, but the staff made us feel very welcome and they were helpful in getting taxis for us and recommending local places for dinner and drinks, etc. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the busier area of El Poblado. My friends and I liked that we could get a two bedroom suite, which was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus! And breakfast was great - the staff were very friendly and helpful at breakfast time. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to explore Medellín.

The hotel is really nice, good rooms, nice comfy beds, the people who works there are awesome. Breakfast was good too. We didn't try the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, laundry since there was renovations done on that floor, but the hotel never made us aware of it so that disappointed us a lot. It's like 15 walking distance to El Poblado. The area is nice and quiet to relax after a day of walking in Medellin. Would consider to be back here, if the pool is working. The hotel needs to let the people know what works and what doesn't work. We rented a car for 2 days and was able to park it underground at the hotel without issues. Great lobby and they can call a taxi at the lobby if you need. Overall 8/10

Our stay was amazing! Clean and modern,and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast included and free wifi.

When we arrived the roof top pool was under renovations and not accessible for our whole trip. Laundry was broken. And elevator was under repair. With a hip problem having to climb four flights of stairs was an issue.

The best hotel I’ve been to so far in Colombia. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are large and modern. The breakfast is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place every time.

The television did not work properly the cable was out for the whole three nights, And the room seen the little old it needs renovation

Amazing place!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. 1. Great location in El Poblado. Close to coffe shops, restaurants, but also quiet 2. Modern interior furnitures with mini kitchen inside. 3. Free shared laundry for long-stay guests. 4. Friendly and flexible hotel staff to accommodate guests's needs.

Overall is a very good hotel. Only one situation that made me uncomfortable. I explained below in the case that I tried to do the hotel survey and it didn’t allow me to submit the survey. This is my experience with a front desk guy: The front desk guy I believe his name is Daniel, a tall (5’10”) skinny, young that was working Saturday 01-06-24 and Sunday 01-07-24 we’re both days that individual was looking at my daughter of 13yrs old with malice, disrespectful and desiring way that my wife and I felt uncomfortable on his way of looking. My wife gave him the evil look and he was petrified when he noticed that he got caught. Then a minute later I caught him too. Our Uber arrived so we proceeded to go out and we took off. When we came back from dinner, the guy was again at the front desk with another politely young man that wears round eyeglasses and he’s about 5’3” which I directed to him about the shower soap container was empty and He mentioned that someone will check the soap and I told the was 604. 10 minutes later the tall guy that was looking at my daughter showed up and he told me that he was there to check the soap. I escort him to the master bathroom and on the way there he was looking to see if he can peek at my daughter room. He went out of the suite to get the soap and he came and I said to him that I will place the soap back. He told me that he will need to do it himself. On his way again to the bathroom he’s trying to see my daughter where at. Also next day he…

Amazing service

Views were beautiful, the hotel was clean and very calm! The workers were friendly and welcoming. Around was super walkable and had a lot of eating places around!

I like many things about sites it was my second time staying there and the reason was the excellent service and so clean and quiet. But this time I had a medical emergency and asked the front desk for an ambulance that they never called. They sent me to my room and told me to wait. I know they probably didn’t want a scandal in their hotel. I was hospitalized and when I came back to the hotel they didn’t even bother to ask me how I was feeling. They also are very strict about visitors coming over it became very annoying.

Excellent hotel! It was our first time in Medellin and so glad we stayed here. It’s quiet and nearby of many local spots. Service was excellent. Hotel very clean and comfy rooms. Highly recommend!!
