Was very surprised at how the place was very nice and clean for the price.

Great breakfast that included A la carte option in room charge, and room was faced sea side at 21st floor was also excellent. I would stay again when I have another opportunity. Thank you

Great location in Darwin, breakfast was included & it was good. Lifts could be slow & pool in shade mist of the day. Short walk to the marina and lots of restaurants.

Nice and clean , good airconditioning

A very tired property with limited facilities. Don’t trust the star rating is you’re used to staying in proper hotels. More like a motel. Tiny bathroom, scuffed walls, no minibar, no properly located power points next to bed, noisy aircon, slow and tired lifts. It was clean though.

Hotel was close to everything in the city and the waterfront, staff we found very helpful. Breakfast was included with our deal which worked well for us.

Amazing views, lovely comfortable room with all the trimmings. Great shower and laundry facilities. Staff more than accommodating. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment and the wharf. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

The property is always nice and clean presented well. I have one complaint the shower was abysmal. We were on the 25th floor and the water pressure was dreadful hardly worth having a shower. Disappointing.

Great stay at the Oaks- comfortable bed! Convenient location

Positives: Helpful staff. Amazing view and beautiful sunsets over the harbour. Comfortable bed. Close to shopping and coffee shops. Rec Ben's Bakery just around the corner. Close to The Waterfront restaurants. Negatives: Badly designed bathroom and bedroom. I couldn't reach the bathroom cabinet to store any toiletries. The door had to be shut when using the toilet. In the bedroom the wardrobe hanging rail was far too high. I had to stand in the wardrobe to reach it. There was no room in between the wardrobe shelves and the bedside table to get any clothing out of the wardrobe.

Good price, central location

This was a bolthole to recover from travelling. As such, it (one bedroom apartment) had everything that we needed to be comfortable. An exceptional view from the 25th floor and immaculately clean. In house restaurant was better than it looked.

The apartment (25th floor), restaurant & service were outstanding for our 3 night stay. The service offered by all staff, including the reception, restaurant & management was 11/10, we were more than once checked in on to ensure we were enjoying our stay and any request was promptly granted. One of the best Oaks experiences Ive had & I often stay Oaks.

Very friendly and helpful staff at every corner of the facility; from the front desk to the restaurant. Delicious food at reasonable prices. Fantastic view of the city and the ocean at higher floors.

Have stayed here many times and the service is always great. The rooms are starting to age a little and could do with a little remodel.

Room had both ceiling fans and AC running when we entered, likely in an attempt to get rid of mold smell. Didn't work, but in fairness we didn't complain as we were just too tired. Hot showers are not a thing at this hotel. Best you get is warm. Overall sub par and we wouldn't stay again.

The state of the hotel is pretty good and we were happy with the cleanliness of our room. Location is convenient too - just a short walk to shops and eateries in town. Staff that we encountered at reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful.
