The room was very nice with my name on the tv screen. The evening reception was great and the breakfast was amazing.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. There were a few hiccups but I would stay here again, when I visit Charlotte. My friend and I had been traveling all morning and just wanted to be able to check in and rest up before we got our night started. There was a lot of mix up and confusion with hotels.com but Ms. Julia assisted and accommodated us right away! She went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I were in a spacious room, although the correct room I booked for, was no longer available to us. I’m not sure if Ryan was the property manager, but he handled us with the best of care. All of the staff on site are super sweet and make your stay feel very welcoming! The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping stopped by almost everyday to check on us and bring fresh towels and rags. All in all, Charlotte was a great place to visit but the hotel stay made it even better! Thank you Julia for all of your help during my stay.

There was a hiccup with my check-in but it was remedied quickly. My bathroom shower was not cleaned well; thankfully I had my own sanitation kit to wipe things down. I found a hair on one of the towels and on a pillow. The dinner at the restaurant was sub-par for the entire table. I understand that they were understaffed but there were only patrons at 2 other tables. The free breakfast was far better than the dinner that we paid for. The location was convenient and seemed safe.

The images of the room made it appear larger than what it was. I reserved a King Suite but the bed definitely felt Queen sized. Other than that the hotel is nice but in a congested area.

Really enjoyed my stay for our family reunion. The room was magnificent and very clean. Oh my gosh our bed was so comfortable! Enjoyed the bar, room service and the breakfast was on point. Everyone was friendly and welcoming

It’s always a pleasure staying at any Embassy Suites but this place by far exceeding my expectations with their customer service, great personality in the bar area and quality of food they served. I truly love this location.

The stay was amazing. Julia was the nicest receptionist I’ve came across! She was such a great help and fun to be around and talk to. In the 2bedroom suite the actual bedroom was hot no matter how much we turned the AC down. The sitting area was always a lot cooler. Overall it’s a great hotel and the one I always choose when visiting charlotte.

We found numerous blood stains on the pillowcases, comforter, and sheets. Once reported the staff was very friendly and actually offered to relocate us to another room. They eventually just gave us new bedding and everything was OK.
There was a very annoying lady frequently in the lobby/dining area trying to get us to enroll in the loyalty program. She basically admitted that it was "commission" based and she wanted the credit to go to the local staff. Once she finally left, she started bugging us again at the morning breakfast. She came to and left our table at least three times. Embassy/Hilton need to put a leash on this lady.

Facility for Breakfast was very dirty. Food was very average and not that good. Omelette line was very long because only one person working so did not even waste time to eat. I still gave a huge tip because I know the workers are trying but set up was below average and food was just okay. Coffee was very gross and cold also juice was gross. Room was wonderful for what we needed with the kids and price was okay for what we got.
