Pros: Clean and spacious, there's a bathtub in room so bring ur bath bomb. Bidet and heated toilet seats. Nice view outside windows. Shower pressure is good. Cons: Toilet lights will auto switch off approximately 30mins. Towel too small. Mosquitoes.

The room we recieved was quite spacious and staff were very accomidating for us and our 6 month old infant.

This hotel was very close to Busan Station, restaurants and shopping areas. I wouldn't stay here for more than a night though. My family stayed in the Family VIP rooms, where the thin mattresses looked like they were not cleaned before we got here. When brought up to staff, they said "You should have told us when you got here." It was only a few hours after we had checked in! As well, my family saw a ROACH right when we walked in. The shower was nice. No microwave. The door with the lock had one battery missing so we did not feel our belongings were safe at this hotel.

This hotel had a lot of potential but unfortunately the upkeep was not being maintained well. My room had a nice view and the train station in front of the hotel wasn't noisy so that's a plus. The room was big and modern but things were getting run down. The air conditioner was loud and needs to be cleaned. There was a very strong odor of mold in the bathroom and little black mold spots all around the bathtub. Only hand towels were available and some of them had holes in them. The room doors have automatic locks and the one to my room malfunctioned a lot of the time, not locking properly until I manually correcred it so that's something to be aware of for safety and privacy. There is a communal dining/ sitting area near the entrance of the hotel that had a lot of potential to be nice but was not being cleaned and there was a lot of unused counter space not being utilized well. The microwave was covered in caked on food from being used by multiple guests. Over all I liked the view, location, size of room and comfortable bed but also noticed the things above.

Lot of mosquitos. Bites all over our legs, face! Also, I paid for family room, paid for 4 guests. I came late because of the late flight so my daughter checked in first, the staff said for two person only, she paid extra 50,000 kwon . When I got there I explained that room paid for 4 guests (sleep on the floor) if for 2 guests I can chose at least 1 queen bed & sleep on the bed.

33 sq metre room was very roomy and lots of space was appreciated. However, although relatively new, maintenance appears to have been a low priority. Both rooms we had experienced electrical malfunctions on separate nights resulting in lights randomly turning on and off with accompanying loud beeping noises. This lasted all night and obviously impacted sleeping. Staff were notified and it was apparent this is a frequent occurrence as they were able to somehow re-set the electrical system. Security was also an issue as at 3am a male person was trying to get into my room. He had a key for my room number but from a different hotel. This type of incident was disturbing and could be prevented by having a basic security function in the elevator eg needing a room key to access the accommodation floors.

Nothing special, very average, rooms look much better in the pictures, the real rooms are worn and in need of some fixing, for example the loose tap. No large towels are in the rooms, only 2 small towels per person. The staff were blunt and unhelpful. There was a change to our booking so we asked if it was possible to cancel one of our 4 rooms last minute or if there was no refund we would keep the booking and all sleep separately. They said there is no refund but have to cancel or they will charge us extra for a no show fee. So we paid for the room in full but didn’t get to use it. The receptionist was unhelpful and not friendly, we asked if they could call us a taxi and they said walk to the station and get it ourselves. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Value for Money to stay at 5D4N for big group. Convenience location to access other places, near Busan station. But if want to stay quite & more clean place, there are other options as well. No Iron / clothes hanger in room. No make the room during stay 5days.

Very near to Busan KTX station which is easy for us to walk over with luggage without extra transport cost. However, there is some train noise too if we open window for cool air. It is also convenient for us to join day tour because KTX Busan Station is also one of the meet up point.

You get far more for your Won here than you would in the US or Europe. It's a great deal! Bed was a bit hard, but that's not uncommon in Korea. Lots of room and far more overall than I would have expected for the price.

Location is great as well as the staff. They just need to be more knowledgeable on other services around the area like laundry mat. The rooms must be vacuumed more esp the beds because it’s always dusty.

Excellent staff. Check in was very simple, room was well equipped, awesome tv, showt, bathtub, etc. Not too much English at front desk but enough to get by. If ever return to Busan this will be my first pick. Just 5 minutes walk to Busan Station

One of the bed had hairs and another one had a bag of cosmetic cotton pads which it was not belonged to us. And noise proofing was horrible. Location was convenient. That was it.

Property just been renovated recently. Price is value for money. Property close to station, only 5 mins walking, close to China Town and all shoppings, excellent locations, good for a base to go around. Staffs very helpful despite language barrier, they tried very hard to help. Will definitely coming back.

Competitive pricing considering the very high level of all round comfort offered by the property (i.e. high water pressure for bath, excellent sound proofing, etc). Equally important is that it is located next to the Busan Station with KTX access from Seoul. The only gripe that I have is the room was very dusty.

The size of room is large and the room is clean. However, there is a serious water leakage in the sink in washroom and I need to put several towels to absorb the water on the floor.
