Great staff, room was super clean, good toiletries and amazing breakfast. Plus the airport shuttle is great. Will stay again.

Very clean & quiet

I guess everyone is getting greedy and money hungry. When I arrived to this hotel is when I found out that I had to also pay for parking. Now if it were located in the city or something like that, then I understand. I would actually expect it. But for a property like this is ridiculous. At least post it on the website so people know. It’s definitely not about the money at all. Once every 2 months I go to a hotel with my little one to just have a fun night out. If it weren’t for her being so excited and me not wanting to ruin things for her I would have left. One of the reasons I chose this location was because it had an indoor pool. I would never go back in that pool again. It was so small and looked and felt dirty. There was hair floating all in it. The next morning my daughter and I had little red marks that I am sure came from bedbugs. There was no point in saying anything because I doubt anything would have been done. The room had a bad smell.

Great staff

I loved everything! Breakfast was perfect. Everything was very clean, staff were wonderful.

the best way I can explain my experience was we all kept our socks on and slept in the chair in the room, not in the bed.

Parking is additional to room rates. Surfaces in room were noticeably not wiped for the longest time/days/weeks? It had stains, residues and it was disgusting. Bed was comfortable. Property provides hand lotion, soap, etc. Glad it was only a one night stay.

Everything was very nice, however if there had been a good quality restaurant on the premises it would have made the stay perfect.

I had to ask for black tea, which was obtained from a cupboard by an employee, and then offered to me. I told her that she should leave some out for other guests. Some people don't understand that not everyone drinks coffee. I have had this experience in other hotels. Herbal tea, green tea and black tea are different from each other. All should be available.

Nice hotel near the airport. The shuttle was great. Paying for parking was not great. This is a stand alone hotel with its own lot. There is not much around it. Hotels like this typically don’t charge for parking.

Only spent one night but it was a comfortable stay. Would use again.

The area around the property isn’t great and a bit trashy, but the hotel itself is good. Breakfast was better than most hotels that offer free breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was nice but they had some kind of party with a dj and it was so loud it was really not a good stay for us as we were trying to rest I. The middle of a 17 hour drive

When I arrive to the property with check in reservation 3 day before, I showed up and they told me they don’t have rooms available.

I reserved a room because my flight was cancelled and it was last minute. When checking in I asked for a late checkout because my kids and I did not have anywhere to go before our 6:25pm flight. I was told because I was an IHG member I could get. 2:00pm checkout and extremely grateful. However the next day I was then asked four different times, what time I was checking out. 1 knock at the door, then a phone call from the front desk, then a cleaning gal just walking into our room, and last when I went down to ask about airport shuttle times. With each time we he staff was more rude. Communication should have been better.
