Staff friendly

Comfortable and great service, although I selected "Pay at Hotel" option, my credit card still had an attempted charge, before check-in. Otherwise, great Hotel and will stay again.

Cockroaches / no Wi-Fi / lazy and weird staff / not enough staff at the front desk I was shocked when I saw a cockroach at the bathroom as it was my first time to see it at any hotels in Indonesian. I spent about 1 - 2 months in hotels in Jakarta, Jogja, or Bali... WiFi is very hard to use almost no connection. No improvement while I am staying more than one week. Some staff at the restaurant are excellent while others are very lazy for example 1) room keeping sometime is not good as they forgot to put hand towels, toilet paper and even inconsistent timing 2) almost a week laundry staff did not come to the room and they never keep the promise about when it was ready to returned after washed 3) front staff and security staff were always chatting or playing with their phones ... very far from friendly.

Brilliant hotel the room was the best we’ve had with ample space. The pool was a good size and clean. The bar menu in the lobby was awesome. Breakfast also excellent Staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Staff was great, friendly and respectful. Loved the buffet style breakfast..allot of different food to choose from. Less than 10 minutes to Mall. Would definitely recommend and be back at the same hotel on my next visit to Jakarta.

Good Service

Location is in close proximity to Pondok Indah Mall, Transmart, and Lebak Bulus MRT station. The staff are friendly and helpful. My grievance is that I was given a smoking room (out of 2 rooms I ordered), and the AC in one of the rooms did not work properly.

Staff and amenities were on point...just a/c could have been cooler...we had coldest setting

Good hotel to stay for short trip.

It was a pretty straightforward hotel. Nothing jumped out and the area was a little bland. The WiFi wasn’t great and the cleaning service wasn’t up to good standards (they didn’t refill soap or toilet paper when I was clearly out and also threw out a bag of stuff that wasn’t garbage, nor was even by a garbage can). I wouldn’t stay here again, but that’s just me.

I like the big trees around the swimming pool area, but I do not like the candle placed on the outdoor dining tables by the swimming pool as it doesn't give enough light to enjoy the meal or drink, there should be a proper outdoor light

Booked for Non-Smoking Room and ended up in a smoking room in a smoking floor which made it difficult to breathe and sleep. We spent only 6 hours/day in the room.

Very good stay. Rooms are basic but have all the necessary items one needs. Location is great too!

Really happy and satisfied with my stay, the staff and security are very friendly and helpful. My son loved swimming in the big pool. The room was perfect for us. We will definatley be back.

Somewhat disappointing as their white guest towels have a greyish colour so I suspect they are either too old or not washed correctly. I complained and had to check dail that they had put clean and white towels in the room.

When I first arrived at the hotel around 12, I was told that I could not check in until 2 pm. So I went to the closest mall. I came back to the hotel around 3:30 pm which the room should be ready. However the room is still not ready and I got my room around 4:30 pm. They gave me room 706. The room was pretty nice and clean. However I started to notice that the bathroom was leaking and the smell was pretty bad. I complained and they did not take care of it fast. However after arguing they finally move us to different room. I stayed for 2 nights and was asking if I can get a late check out since my flight was in the evening. They said if I want to check out at 2pm, they will charge me 25% of my booking fee. I did not have a pleasant experience from this hotel because the customer service was not friendly and not helpful!

The hotel is in a convenient location for those having business in South Jakarta area. Having said that it's disappointing that the rooms facing the main road are very noisy and it is hard to sleep at night with the loud sounds of cars and motorcycles almost continuously moving. The hotel must take actions to reduce this sound by installing proper sound proofing in windows and areas facing the main road. My request for a room on the quiet was not available so I had a very tiring stay there.

Staff are very kind. Location is great. Close to pondok Indah mall. Breakfast buffet is delicious - check out the burbur ayam- chicken porridge. So yummy. Beds comfortable. AC is good. Ask for a room away from main road as traffic is noisy if you are facing the road.

Keep away from this property. Service is bad. Rooms are extremely dirty and the staff have an attitude. A lot of noise as well.

Swiss Bell hotel complies with the fair price. Opposite the location , one can take the bus to Pondok Indah Mall. It will only 6 mins to get there. A two hundred meters to the right , one will find several restaurants so very covenient

I turnen on the "Do Not Disturb" light in the room. However, the housekeeping staff keep knocking the door asking if I needed to clean the room :( .Also the hotel is very noisy, we could hear the door in the next rooms keep slamming very often also hear the hotel staff talking thru the walkie talkie in the coridor very loudly.

I chose a non-smoking room during booking but was given a smoking room when check in and they told me no more rooms available for changing. The smell at the corridor and room was so bad I had a terrible headache.
