Parking in tight elevator was a challenge. Well equipped aparthotel, lovely pool. Needed some serious cleaning in the corridoors. Good stay otherwise.

The location is very convenient for Central Station and hence trains to everywhere including the airport as well as being walking distance to all the CBD.
The staff on the front desk were very helpful with storing bags before check-in and after check-out and offering alternative rooms on check-in as the one we were initially allocated had netting blocking the view. All the rooms we saw were spacious and comfortable with the outlook being the biggest variable.
One issue was that the in room safe was locked closed on our arrival and after being opened by someone from the front desk it transpired the written operating instructions were wrong so it got locked closed again and had to be reopened by a staff member.

Room comfortable. A couple of small complaints: the shower flooded the bathroom floor due to the door structure and the lifts were very very slow. Other than those, our stay was very pleasant and the hotel staff friendly and efficient

Very comfortable stay in a great location (next to Chinatown). The room is spacious with a sitting room and a full fridge ( with freezer) and a kitchenette.

Finishing a cruise that ended in Sydney Australia,we stayed at the Meriton Hotel for three nights. Location is good to get around the city and the Chinatown area is a very vibrant and interesting area to stay. The tram line was just around the corner and taxi and uber cars were right on the Campbell street for easy pickip,or drop off.
Room was nice and the washer/ dryer in the room was nice,since we did have some dirty clothes to wash after coming off a 31 day cruise,where we purposefully waited that last week to use the washer/ dryer instead of fighting for use on the cruise ship. Nice stay at the hotel,would recommend this hotel for a stay in Sydney.

Wonderful stay. Excellent location, warm and welcoming staff, clean and spacious room, good facilities.
Only criticism is the pillows were very soft and made sleep uncomfortable.

Renovation work, was really loud on 18th floor, moved to 26th floor but still was very distracting, had to use nc headphones to do my work! Wasn't advised of this prior, and despite stating I had important work to do the alternative room was slightly better but still distracting. If I was informed I would have switched hotels.

The suites are nice but the staff need to refresh themselves on the rules and regulations berating my friend and I for taking photos and videos by the pool and gym because they thought it was for ‘commercial use’. I will add no one else was in those areas and if they were then we would have stopped. We shouldn’t have to have a yelling match with staff that don’t know the rules.

Property very handy to tranport links, it was clean and very spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The property has great facilties with a pool and gym with good machines and weights. Right in the heart of china town and close to the convention and entertainment centre. Price was very reasonable. Will certainly stay there again

First time staying here in a king deluxe studio suite. Modern furnishings, clean & quiet on level 14. Very comfortable bed & wonderful king size pillows. Highly recommend staying here.

Elevators were an issue during our stay, especially on our day of check out. Only one elevator was operational while others stayed on 38 and 39 floor on the morning of a check during a Saturday. Elevator would skip the floor despite button being pressed, or would be full to capacity. We were 6 people were waiting for an elevator on our floor, for over 15 minutes all had to to walk down from the 17th floor and exit via the back lane and having to walk back around to the front of the building. No concierge at the front desk upon arrival, and both were slow when they finally made an appearance Made me miss my train to the airport, having to coordinate alternative transportation and a rushed airline process. Very unacceptable to have limited elevator service operating during peak checkout time especially having seniors and people with heavy luggage having to traverse stairways and exit in to alley ways.

Lovely place to stay except we had a car and found the hotel very difficult to find with no pull in reception area at all.
Car parking was in another street which was also difficult to find and cost more that the hire of the car, $60.

Great location for central station and food places. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had to change my room on the first night due to water pump noise and staff changed it the next day. Too bad the spa was out of action.

Clean spacious bathroom. Good wifi. Comfortable sitting area. Lots of eating and drinking choices. 10 minute walk to city centre and circular quay. Would definitely stay again.

This was my second time staying at Meriton Suites Campbell St , and it’s fantastic . Highly recommend it .
After a mix up with twin bed request , all was corrected and we were offered a late checkout and a bottle of bubbles for the inconvenience of having to wait for the room to be ready . Staff are friendly and efficient.

1 minute walk to the Capitol Theatre and 8 minutes to Central Station. Studio King room was wonderful, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely book the Meriton Campbell Street again. Highly recommend

I was happy with the 3 nights I stayed. Loved the big mirrors on the dresser doors and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing location for a stay in Sydney. The location is next to the Chinatown Light Rail / Tram station so easy to get in and out of downtown.
Lots of great running routes nearby and great gym facilities.

Big rooms with full size fridge, washer/dryer/kitchen though room is not serviced everyday and express service only after 3rd night stay. Can request any toiletries, towels, milk etc every night from reception.
The staff was responsive and avlbl 24 hours. Responsive to issues when they arise.
Right next to the tram stop in Chinatown so very conveniently located.

I came back right after one week based on the trust, it would have been a perfect experience until I found out I lost one box with my keys, earphones and some cash, the hotel says there is no report of missing items, but it’s safe box in the bedroom is not really placed in a good position , located at the bottom of the wardrobe and next to the bedside table with very narrow space to the bedside table, it’s impossible to see the full inside of the safe unless you lie down on the floor , and the safe has a decker inside, if you put something on the decker you cannot see it from outside( unless you lie down on the floor). I am very frustrated on this.

Excellent property! The rooms were very spacious and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of coffee for the machine. And if you ran out of anything....I mean anything, they were very quick ti bring it to you. Would of gave it a 5 star all around if they cleaned our room in the middle of our stay opposed to near the end. I would stay here again!!

Nice rooms, great area, friendly staff, hassel free serviced apartments. Fair price for weekdays, weekend is very expensive.
Good for overnight or 2 days as no room service cleaning. Some part of room a little dated, and iur shower leaked out of the door so water went all over the bathroom floor.
Other than that nice spot.
