Nice hotel, good location, nice staff , good food

Everything was good. The food was delicious but little variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Animation team is very nice but only 2 animators do all activities.

Nothing unique every thing was normal - over priced hotel

I faced many problems during my stay such as the quality of services which were affected by the poor quality of guests and their bad behaviorsI couldn't relax or enjoy my stay due to the loud voices, noise and people screaming everywhere in swimming pools restaurants and the beach even the next door guest was shouting and hitting his wife I couldn't feel that I get the value of money I paid for the 8days vacation toilettes were awful, pampers and washing kids using adults bathroomsI felt panicked, discomfortable and annoyed the target of hotels hospitality is to feel relaxed joyful and peaceful and to be attracted to the hotel if not then the hotel failed to achieve the main objective I was distracted everywhere due to unprofessional selection for the type of guests it was a bit like a public park and beaches although am a regular guest the stay this time didn't match my expectation sorry to tell that

I liked the location and the infrastructure of the resort. What I didn’t like is the room service , food quality (breakfast) ,and the unorganized flow of visitors that happened during this period .

I really enjoyed the beach of this hotel, you just have to walk to it outside of the property. there is a supermarket near by and if it wasn't for the Covid-19 it would have been a much lively place as what is Hurgada known for. Food was ok and staff were helpful..

It is a nice place to stay, with port and near city center.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Caused urgent illness of my child I had to leave the hotel early the following morning, Thursday 2.02. 2020! At the reception I was promised that Expedia would come back to me regarding the cancellation of the room! No response until till now = very bad service!

Excellent resort for the price, helpfull and kind staff, food was tasty and variegated . Exciting slides. With sadness, there are no corals in Hurghada :(

Value of money. Included breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, a small water park, pools, beach. Highly recommend this resort. There are some souvenirs shops nearby, I bought some nice camel milk hand cream from the shop "Lavender". The owner was very nice, he loves talking with travelers.,

I booked this hotel from Expedia all inclusive hard when I arrived the hotel they said its not hard its only soft.

It was pleasent overall. Lack of WIFI inside the rooms was a bit of a disadvantage and challenge.

Excellent location , food is good , the beach is amazing in spite located other side of the hotel , aqua park is amazing , only the standard rooms need renovations and also bath rooms is not good and not safe.
