Met and exceed our expectations. This was lit first night in Japan. Staff were helpful and friendly, real fast was great, room was clean. Great having family mart located right in the hotel.

The service was good. The room was terrible. We could hear the next room conversation in the middle of the night. The air conditioning didn’t work. For sure, we won’t come back to this hotel.

To start, it's huge. Even the rooms are big for Japan. Everything was modern like it recently was updated.
There's a Family Mart right inside the hotel which is very convenient.
One thing I would be weary of is the pool. You can tell it isn't cleaned very well, very often. The pool area could use some room as well. The roof leaks and the furniture is wore down.
Other then the pool situation there were no other complaints. I would stay here again.

We were here for a less than 8h transit stay from Narita Airport and the hotel did not allow early check-in despite ample room availability and charged extra on a per hourly rate before their standard check-in time. Look for other options if you are looking for transit-stays from Narita Airport as there are plenty other options around.

even though they say they have 3 restaurants - beware only 1 is open! and it is expensive for a buffet. they charge for using the awful outside pool - stay in the inside one but be careful jacuzzi is not working and bring your own towel as they charge you for theirs! Avoid...

Nice hotel with good shuttle service and amenities. Unfortunately there are extra charges for the hot baths/onsen and even the swimming pool! Buffets are pricey. Front desk and concierge ladies were excellent!

No bus from 5-7pm.
I ask the counter to check the bus timetable to Odaiba. They told me will be pretty but the last bus to Odaiba was 6:50pm. I wasted all my time waiting for the free shuttle from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. And missed all buses.
If they could tell me the last bus is at 6:50. I can just take a taxi to Airport myself.

Great stay. Breakfast buffet was mediocre but overall nice hotel and good value. It’s close to Narita airport with free shuttle to the airport and Narita train station and mall. 24 hour convenience store with everything you need while traveling.

This hotel is very convenient. Provides shuttle to and from the airport and also to nearby mall.
Onyl things about the hotel is the air-conditioning is centralized so you cannot make the room mych cooler.
Had great breakfast options as well and staff were great.
I just need my receipts emailed to me as well.

Great accommodation. We were able to store our luggages before check in. They are very flexible. Thank you. Rooms are clean and we had enough space for the family.

We had problems with access to our room floor. The front desk needed to reprogram our keys twice during our 1 day visit. Our toilet wasn't functioning properly even after they "repaired" it.

I just didnt like that i reserved 5person including 2kids, but the morning meal buffet was not included. Also amenity was just for 3 adults none for kids.

The hotel is at a nice location and provides shuttle service to and from the hotel and shopping mall. Just check the schedule at the airport. It also has a convenient store on premises. Breakfast is great with selections of Japanese and American cuisine.
The only thing that I struggled with was the central control of the A/C. There is temperature control in the room, which can not go above or below a set temperature.

We like Hotel Mystay Narita, we stayed here 3 times before. Hotel has a beautiful sightseeing, Koi pond, Airport shuttle and downtown shuttle are very convenient, room is clean and our double beds room was not too small, front desk was friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was ok. The family store has everything you need. The only thing was the cigarette smell from the isle to the room minus one star from 5 stars. They need to change the carpet. We will stay here when we visit Japan again

For that money...perfect for one-two nights. We stayed also at Nikko, only difference was breakfast in favour of more expensive Nikko.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were bigger than average Japan hotels and had good complimentary items like shavers, toothbrush, etc. There’s a family mart conveniently located by lobby and enjoyed the free shuttle to airport. There aren't any stores nearby, just a 7-Eleven which is a 6mins walk. The pool looked great but didn’t get to enjoy it as it opened at 3pm.

Because of late flight, my family have to stay here for a night. There is shuttle bus service from airport so no worries. Though the room is a bit old, the breakfast included is extremely good which is out of my expectation. So you can start the fresh journey after the breakfast. Osusume!

It was good for our family, they offer a variety of food both Eastern and western style breakfast and the shuttle service to the airport is excellent. In general the hotel is in good condition and you don’t have to pay extra for the use of the indoor swimming pool, which was a win for our little ones!
