Only one thing was missing there was no iron in the room to press the clothes other than that everything is perfect staff is nice place is nice and clean

Staying near the mosque was a great experience. The place was a bit far to walk, but there was an open area with no buildings between the mosque and the accommodation. The price was very reasonable, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With the mosque nearby, it was easy to attend prayers and enjoy the spiritual atmosphere.

The restaurant was way below expectations. Very dirty with limited offering.The staff not organised and overwhelmed. Most of items are in shortage. In shot it was disappointing.

Booked a dew months before oir stay and my parents are elderly only to find out at the reception that our booking is cancelled!!!

Staff was not very polite and friendly. They didn’t let us to check in around 2:00pm while room was available. We missed on prayer at Majid Nabawi, because of the young girls working at reception didn’t want to assigned room to us. Please avoid this hotel. When we wanted to check out, they called twice to leave the room at 2:00pm, I told her we do the check out before 2:00pm. They were very annoying. When we did the check-out, we have to stay in room for long time and call the reception and the manager several times to move our luggage to lobby to leave the hotel. I have been in Madinah Munawara seventh times, but Swiss Hotel was the worst hotel I spend time. I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody

staff there are very rude and refuse to help with any needs. punch of savages who work there. The hotel cancelled my booking that was paid in full three weeks prior arrival. Expedia didn't do anything about it. Staff at first told me to wait for more 2 hours before I can check in at 4pm . then later told me you don't have a reservation. having me and mom who is 83 years setting in lobby with no help and the receptionist there is beyond rude.
