Everything was pretty average except our suite bathroom shower door was pretty gross. The track it rests on had hair, mildew, water stains and god knows what else.

Everything was good. The lady who checked me in was so sweet and helpful. They made sure to save me and my daughter a joint room so my grandsons could go back and forth.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Water in shower never got hot. In room Coffee maker water reserve not clean.

We stayed here several times and all staff have been so welcoming and friendly to our dog. This trip I accidentally spilled part of a drink in the elevator and the staff at the front desk cleaned it up for me with a smile. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed here since the hotel was first opened. I see the housekeeping lacking in certain areas. Our dishwasher front looked like it was cleaned with a oily rag. the lower part was rusty looking or else dirty. The breakfast area seemed to be missing the cook. I mentioned at 8:45 that there were no more warm meals. Said it would take 15 min. to replenish. Oatmeal was totally empty. There was nothing left but a few egg things. that was warm. Disappointing.

We stayed at this Home2 Suites twice on our way to and from vacation. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is your basic free breakfast - cereal, fruit, bagels, premade egg dishes - but was sufficient to get us out the door and on the road again.

Stayed for 3 nights for tourism purposes and the eclipse. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not much more than bulk material to fill up on after the night though.

Very comfortable and clean suite. Kitchen has dishes, sink, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a pull out table. An improvement would be to add two folding chairs for the dining table. The couch and bed were comfortable. Great black out blinds.

It took 15 minutes for the front desk to find my reservation. Not happy with Expedia system.

Let me preface this by saying my wife & I are professional travel bloggers. We live in hotels full time and are very familiar with ones that are well run, and ones that aren't. 2 weeks prior, we booked the one bedroom suite. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk assigned us to a junior suite. We explained to her that we had booked, and already paid for, the larger one bedroom suite. Her reply was that all the rooms were suites, so it didn't matter. I explained to her that we stay at Home2 Suites all the time and know the difference between a one bedroom suite and a junior suite. I showed her my reservation, which plainly showed that we had booked a one bedroom suite. She argued with us, telling us we were wrong. She was the rudest front desk person we have ever encountered. We gave up and talked to the manager the next day. The manager confirmed that we had booked a one bedroom suite and were put in the wrong, smaller room. She also said that there was nothing she could do about it. We paid the higher price for the biggest room but were put in the smallest, cheapest room so additionally, we were ripped off. Taking a close look at the property, we could see many other problems - stained carpets in the halls, dirty walls, trash in the parking lot and ice machines that didn't work. This Home2 Suites clearly does not match up to the quality of other's in the chain. We've stayed at approximately 60 Home2 Suites across the country. This one is by far the worst.

Hotel was in good overall condition except for elevator floors. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

We checked in and we were put into a dirty room first. Dishes in the sink, unmade bed, dog bowls on the floor, etc. They put us in a different room but double charged our card. It took us 2 days and 3 employees to get them to refund us our money. Would not stay here again.

Nothing unique about this hotel. Expensive property for average amenities. Prefab food offerings at breakfast. No shampoo or soap in dispensers. Very loud AC unit.

Rooms are large and nice, but the floors were pretty dirty when we arrived. Everything else seemed clean enough. Also, there's some weirdness about the room types when you book via Expedia -- I booked a 1BR suite (with a door between the bedroom and living room), but when I checked in, they said that I had just booked a normal suite "with an upgrade", but it didn't necessarily mean that I'd get the floor plan that I paid for on Expedia. In the end, we did receive that type of room. But the front desk person basically said, "yeah, I'm giving you one because I'm nice and we happen to have one available right now." That's weird. I would've been pretty annoyed if they'd given us a different type of room, since I very explicitly selected this hotel because of the 1BR floor plan, as shown on Expedia. Not a bad place, but needs to tighten up a few things.

We thought it was as good as Marriott next door for about half the price.

We had a short stay in Elko. The hotel is newer. Bed was comfortable. Staff accommodated our late check in. They have a great Spin Cycle gym equipment. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

The room was very quiet and clean.

The property was slightly understaffed but they really tried to accommodate. The kitchenette was a nice addition and the breakfast had enough options to please everyone.

Teh property seemed very new and so it was in fairly nice condition. Our room had 2 beer cans in the recycle bin, which was not great to come into. Also the kitchen sink faucet was not attached properly and was very wobbly. The pool card reader was broken and you needed to request the door to be opened by the front desk, a minor nuisance. Overall it was a nice place to rest with a dog on a long road trip from Colorado to Oregon. The toilet did not have a lid, so we had to keep our dog from drinking out of it;)
