Rooms are clean and spacious but needs cosmetic repairs. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

The Buffett food was terrible. Staff was not helpful in navigating other amenities. Apparently there were free activities daily on an app but the app would not load and no one was able to help us and tell us what they were. Trouble with room with both A/C and leaky showers

The property was beautiful. The pools were great. The beach was perfect for swimming. I was especially impressed with the quality of the food. My only complaint was that I could not take a shower in my room from the day I arrived (a Saturday) until I checked out on Wednesday. The water from my shower went from scalding to geothermal. I asked multiple for assistance from the front desk staff. There was nothing done to adjust the water temperature, and so i had to use the showers next to the swimming pool.

Beautiful, great activities scheduled all day, able to walk to the other Bahia properties and shop, dance at the night club, dine, and see shows.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is good with a good variety. It is a little walk to the beach.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant. The food was amazing the reservation was easy and the restaurant were to die for. Definitely recommend it

I liked the closeness of the rooms to the pool area. There should be a lot more entertainment.

Food was great as well as the activities and customer service. I did not like the bed. Matress was too hard. Very uncomfortable. Other than that we had an amazing time. We want to thanks Tulio security guy,yulissa from buffet,marco from lobby amd many others that made our time there special.

This resort is not worth the money. I arrived after the check in time and was still told to wait another 30 minutes before a room would be ready. The cleanliness of the property is very poor. The buffet is good and better than most of the restaurants. The entertainment offered during the day and night is subpar.

Very good! Everything was nice

I'm so mixed in my review. My room had bedbugs and I was bitten over 200 times. The bites are painful, itchy and very embarrassing for me when other see them.Since I left the resort the symptoms have gotten worse. After I informed the staff and requested to be moved, I had to speak to a few people and waited around for a few hours before I could get moved.The room with the bugs was #81123. This new room also had a very uncomfortable bed and bad smell. I noticed that they didn't offer for me to see the Dr.,They didn't seem very concerned with my health after I was bitten. They really didn't seem to want to talk about it. Now that I'm home they are unbearably itchy, they have swelled and become very noticible. This is the first time in my life encountering bedbugs. I'm affraid to travel anymore. My room smelled bad and the beds are (very) uncomfortable. The room decor is outdated.The hot tubs in the pool were not hot. The food at El Olivo (sp) and Limbo were amazing. The staff was amazing. They really go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy yourself. I enjoyed the pool and the reception area.

I had a new experience with place in the buffet restaurant twice I saw roaches, one I told the waiters. The food was super poor quality then they have a beach side for aquamarine and they cook there but you are not allowed to ask for food because what they cook is for Amber resort. One of the restaurant Japanese and Peruvian was the worst I have eaten in my entire life. A salmon old and cold with a nasty sauce terrible the word by far and some keep smoking in the room next door and the smell came so strong terrible.

The good: Majority of staff was friendly. The buffet was better than the reserved dinners. The pool was beautiful. It was quieter than the other resorts. Everything was close and easy to access. The bad: diluted alcohol, inconsistency among different bars. Sexual advances by one staff member when I was walking to my room at night. It’s hard to find out what is going on besides the pool activities. Phone and fridge did not work. Overall it was a fun and relaxing stay and worth the trip.

The property and staff were amazing. I would have enjoyed a bit more guidence and for the app to have worked more efficiently. I did not like that we did not get an early check in, rather they were trying to upsell us. Nor did we get a bottle to the room or any special amenity.

This was the best solo trip ever, the property has so many things to do, the adults all inclusive was soo relaxing and the staff were super helpful and nice . Can’t wait to go back!!!

It took forever for us to check in and the rooms were not up to date, the food was okay but ended early. Not enough entertainment.

The place was ok

Disappointing Stay: Unwelcome Arrival, UnClean Room, and Unhelpful Staff* Our arrival was met with a lack of welcome, a sweltering lobby, and disorganization. I specifically requested a clean room, but the receptionist lectured me on my attitude and offered an upgrade for an additional $160. After paying, we were taken to a room in an old, neglected complex that desperately needed maintenance, cleaning, and renovation. The room was dirty, the mini-bar was ridiculous, and the bathroom and shower were a disaster.We requested a room change, but were asked to wait another hour. The new room was even worse, with moldy walls, bathroom, and shower. On a Sunday, no one was available to issue a refund or assist us in finding another hotel. We were then asked to pay an additional $360 to upgrade to Amber. Thankfully, Gilberto at Aquamarine understood our situation, refunded $160, and helped us settle at Amber. However, we still haven't received a refund for the remaining $350 from Expedia.I'm currently in contact with Expedia, and will update this review once I receive a resolution. At 6:00 pm, we requested food and drinks, but were taken to a buffet that was a nightmare! The food was the worst we've ever had, with broken and old dishes, and no utensils like spoons or forks. To make matters worse, we had to eat outside in the hot weather with no air conditioning. It was unbearable! The dining area was uncomfortable and hot, with no shade or cooler.

Service was slow at pool side bar. the service seem to be for locals. We were looked over and ignored. Bar service was great at the lobby bar. Dinner for my husband’s birthday at the steakhouse meat was awesome. They went out of there way for him. air conditioning was out at Mediterranean restaurant. After we asked for manager we were accompanied and ate outside. Service was then great.
